RETAIL THEFT: On 7-13-20 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft in progress. Following investigation, Christian Ann Valudes (54) of Lancaster was found to have taken a fish tank skimmer valued at $252.99. Valudes was taken into custody, charged with Retail Theft (F3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 7-13-20 Brodynn Greenway (28) of Lititz was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, stemming from an incident 6-9-20 at Women’s and Babies Hospital, 690 Good Dr.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 7-14-20 police responded to the 2000 block of Swarr Run Rd for a check on the welfare. Following investigation, a 16-year old male from Ephrata was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Possession of Paraphernalia (M) and Public Drunkenness (S).
WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-14-20 police responded to Roots Country Market & Auction, 705 Graystone Rd, for suspicious activity in the parking lot. Following investigation, Stephanie Priest (32) of Columbia was found to have a warrant through York County. Priest was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
PA DOG LAW: On 7-14-20 Susan Hashbarger (62) of Lancaster was cited with Confinement of Dogs (S), stemming from an incident 7-4-20 in the 900 block of Lindsay Ln. Hashbarger’s dog was found running loose and not in her control.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 7-14-20 a 16-year old male from Lancaster was charged with Theft from Vehicle (M2), stemming from an incident 7-3-20 in the 2200 block of Marietta Ave, where a purse was taken from a vehicle.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-14-20 a 17-year old male from Lancaster was charged with Criminal Mischief (M2), stemming from an incident 7-3-20 in the 100 block of Hidden Oak Cir, where damage was caused to a property with a pellet gun.
UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF INTIMATE IMAGE: On 7-14-20 William Blair (22) of Lancaster was charged with two counts of Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image (M2) and Intimidation of Witness/Victim (M2), stemming from an incident reported 6-9-20.
STRANGULATION: On 7-15-20 police responded to the 1500 block of Swarr Run Rd for a domestic disturbance. Following investigation, Andre Goodman (36) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation (F2), Simple Assault (M2) and Terroristic Threats (M1). Goodman was arraigned before MDJ Chudzik and was committed to Lancaster County Prison unable to make $100,000 cash bail.
THEFT: On 7-15-20 police received a theft report that occurred in the 700 block of Barr Blvd on this date. An I-Phone was taken from a residence and used to transfer $1,700.00 from a financial account. Total estimated value of loss $2,700.00.
THEFT: On 7-15-20 police responded to Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report. On 7-14-20 video surveillance captured a female taking a wallet from another shopper’s cart and placing it in her purse. Total estimated value of loss $75.50.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-16-20 police responded to Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd, for a check on the welfare. Following investigation, Aaron Goldstein (30) of Conshohocken was found to have a warrant through Montgomery County. Goldstein was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
