POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 6/25/21 THRU 6/30/21

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 6-25-21 police responded to the 2700 block of Marietta Ave for a suspicious activity.  Following investigation, Terri Kellner (55) homeless was charged with Criminal Trespass (F2) for entering an unoccupied residence and setting up a makeshift camp site.  Kellner was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-25-21 police responded to Days Inn, 2929 Hempland Rd for a warrant service.  Marquez Brunson (27) of Lancaster had a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department for Simple Assault.  He was located in the building, taken into custody and turned over to a Sheriff’s Deputy.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-25-21 police conducted a traffic stop on Main St in the area of Camp Meeting Rd.  The driver, Katherine Ratchford (22) of Landisville, was found to have warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Ratchford was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 6-25-21 police responded to the 100 block of Clover Cir for a male cutting tree limbs from a tree on a resident’s property.  Following investigation, Douglas Rupp (78) of Landisville was cited with Defiant Trespass (S).

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 6-26-21 police responded to Root’s Country Market, 705 Graystone Rd, for a dog running at large.  Following investigation, the owner of the dog, Amanda Grace Nolt (40) of Manheim, was cited with Confined within Premises of Owner (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-26-21 police conducted a traffic stop on Spooky Nook Rd in the area of Route 283 East.  The driver, Jason Kettering (44) of Manheim, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Kettering was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 6-28-21 at 0040 hrs, police responded to McDonalds, 311 Centerville Rd, for a disturbance involving weapons.  Following investigation, Benjamin Lynam (20) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (S).  He was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-28-21 police conducted a traffic stop on the Route 30 eastbound off-ramp intersecting Rohrerstown Rd.  The driver, Arlene Rodriguez-Fernandez (45) of Lancaster and passenger, Keyshawn Silvas (24) of Lititz, were both found to have warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  They were taken into custody and turned over to a Sheriff’s Deputy.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-28-21 Michael Wenditz (44) of East Petersburg was cited with Criminal Mischief (S) and Harassment (S), stemming from a road rage incident 6-22-21 in the 1000 block of Graystone Rd.  A cell phone was damaged during the incident.  Estimated value of damage $150.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 6-29-21 police responded to Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 6-13-21 and 6-22-21 the same unidentified male filled a shopping cart with various grocery items and left the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $700.00.

ENDANGERING WELFARE OF CHILD: On 6-29-21 police responded to Rohrerstown Rd at Commercial Ave for a two-vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Danielle Barlieb (26) of Manheim was charged with Endangering Welfare of Child (F2), DUI (M) and a summary traffic violation.  Barlieb was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 6-30-21 Stephen Ogorzalek (36) of Lancaster was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3), stemming from an incident 6-24-21 in the 200 block of E Main St.  Ogorzalek is alleged to have been at a residence that he was previously given written notice against trespass.  On 6-25-21 Ogorzalek is alleged to have returned to the same address and was subsequently charged with Stalking (M1) and Defiant Trespass (M3).

THEFT: On 6-30-21 police received a theft report of a wallet that fell from a backpack on State Rd in the area of Yellow Goose Rd.  The wallet contained a tracking tile and indicated the wallet moved from State Rd, to Cooper Ave, and then to Route 283 East.  The wallet was found on Route 283 East void of the currency and debit cards.  Total estimated value of loss $100.00.

THEFT: On 6-30-21 police responded to Villa Nova West, 2833 Columbia Ave, for a theft report.  Sometime between 6-28-21 at 2359 hrs and 6-30-21 at 0923 hrs, actor(s) removed an air conditioner from the building.  Total estimated value of loss $5,000.00.
