THEFT: On 6-3-20 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a theft report. On 6-2-20 at 2130 hrs a purse fell from a vehicle at the gas pumps, the vehicle left without the purse. An unidentified male was captured on video surveillance picking up the purse and placing it in his vehicle. Total estimated value of loss for the purse and contents $1,100.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 6-5-20 at 1728 hrs police responded to CVS, 630 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred. Two females were observed leaving the store with a shopping cart and a shopping basket full of merchandise without making payment. Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 6-8-20 police responded to the Lancaster Junction Trail parking lot, 99 Champ Blvd, for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 1800 to 1956 hrs on this date, actor(s) broke the rear passenger side window and removed a purse from a locked vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $3,802.00. Total estimated value of damage $400.00.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 6-10-20 a 16-year old male and a 17-year old male both of Lancaster were charged with Possession of Marijuana, stemming from an incident 5-29-20 in the 100 block of Pinnacle Point Dr.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-10-20 police responded to the 100 block of Caroline Ct for a vandalism report. Sometime between 0730-1900 hrs on this date, actor(s) broke a glass patio table top, a plastic planter and bent a metal plant hanger. Total estimated value of damage is unknown at this time.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-10-20 police conducted a traffic stop on Dorsea Rd in the area of Hillaire Rd. The driver of the vehicle, April Mason (26) of Marietta, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Mason was taken into custody and turned over to a Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department Deputy.
FAILURE TO REPORT: On 6-11-20 Brianna Moran (27) of Windsor and Tammy Dunlap (49) of Lancaster were charged with Failure to Report (F3), stemming from an incident that occurred 2-7-20 at Kindercare Learning Center, 595 Centerville Rd.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 6-11-20 Bree Krout (28) of York was a passenger in a vehicle in the East Hempfield Township Police Department parking lot, 1700 Nissley Rd. Krout was found to have several warrants through York County. Krout was taken into custody and turned over to a York County Constable.
THEFT: On 6-12-20 Anthony Sumner, Sr (40) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (F3), Possession with Intent to Deliver (F), Possession of Controlled Substance (F), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 6-1-20 at Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave. Sumner entered a running vehicle and drove it from the parking lot. He was later found driving the vehicle by Lancaster City Police.
