RETAIL THEFT: On 5-24-20 police received a reported retail theft from Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd that occurred on 5-13-20.  An unidentified male placed a General Electric 6,000 BTU window air conditioner, valued at $249.99, in a shopping cart and walked out the main entrance of the store.  The male was approached by an asset protection employee on the sidewalk and the male fled the scene without the item. 

HARASSMENT: On 5-26-20 police responded to the 700 block of Catherine St for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Christopher Lefever (46) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 5-28-20 police responded to Sheetz Mini Market, 3101 Columbia Ave, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Michael Horgan (45) of Marietta was found to have a warrant through the York County Sheriff’s Department.  Horgan was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
