RETAIL THEFT: On 3-29-21 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that just occurred. A male was observed prying open a locked storage cabinet, removing 4 cartons of Newport cigarettes and several packs of USA cigarettes and then leaving without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $400.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-30-21 police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for a vandalism report. Following investigation, a 15-year-old male student of Leola was cited with Criminal Mischief (S) for punching two holes in a wall. Total estimated value of loss $50.00.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 3-30-21 a 14-year-old male student of East Petersburg was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from a disturbance at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 3-25-21.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-30-21 police received a vandalism report in the first block of Welsh Dr. Sometime between 1800-2200 hrs on 3-29-21, unknown actor(s) punctured 3 tires and keyed the passenger side of a vehicle. Total estimated value of damage $3,255.05.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 4-1-21 police conducted a traffic stop on Route 283 eastbound in the area of State Rd. The passenger, Ernest Morant (53) of Harrisburg, was found to have a warrant through Berks County. Morant was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 4-1-21 police responded to the 2800 block of Dell Ln for a disturbance. Following investigation, Jorge Feliciano-Alvarado (37) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Feliciano-Alvarado was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 4-2-21 police responded to the Travelodge Motel, 2101 Columbia Ave, for a disturbance. Following investigation, Laurie Price (52) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through Chester County. Price was taken into custody and turned over to a PA State Constable.
RETAIL THEFT: On 4-2-21 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report. On 3-30-21 an unidentified male placed a Craftsman generator and a welding helmet into a cart and exited the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $883.98.
SIMPLE ASSAULT-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 4-3-21 police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a disturbance. Following investigation, Robert Brown, Jr (27) of Lancaster, was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S). Brown was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 4-4-21 police observed Joseph Flinchbaugh (41), a transient, sitting on a bench in front of Largo of Lancaster, 3071 Columbia Ave. Flinchbaugh was in violation of a “No Trespass” letter he was served by police on 3-11-21 and was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M). He was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
