HARASSMENT: On 2-8-20 police responded to the 2800 block of Dell Ln for a domestic dispute. Following investigation, Lachell Weems (35) of Conestoga was cited with Harassment (S).
RETAIL THEFT: On 2-8-20 police responded to Goodwill, 121 Rohrerstown Rd for a retail theft report. A male was captured on video surveillance leaving the store with ten long sleeve shirts and a puffy red jacket on 2-7-20. Total estimated value of loss $54.70.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 2-8-20 police responded to the 200 block of Winding Hill Dr for a disturbance. Following investigation, Marquesha Wilson (31) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Wilson was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Prison.
HARASSMENT: On 2-9-20 police responded to the 100 block of Treetops Dr for a check on the welfare request. Following investigation, Christopher Frankford (34) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Harassment (M3).
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 2-10-20 Jouhan Rosado (25) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 1-30-20 on McGovernville Rd in the area of Swarr Run Rd.
TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 2-10-20 police responded to the first block of Travelo Dr for a domestic in progress. Esteban Cruz (33) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2), Defiant Trespass (M3), Harassment (S), Criminal Mischief (S) and a summary traffic violation.
RETAIL THEFT: On 2-10-20 police responded to Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 558 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report. Video surveillance captured a male place two bottles of Jim Beam Bourbon inside his coat and leave the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $33.98.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 2-11-20 police responded to the Hempfield High School for a fight that just occurred. Following investigation, two 15-year old male students of East Petersburg, a 15-year old male student of Mount Joy and a 15-year old male student of Columbia were all cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).
RETAIL THEFT: On 2-12-20 Richard Rodriguez-Ysabel (23) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (M1), stemming from an incident at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, on 8-6-2019. Rodriguez-Ysabel was captured on video surveillance walking out of the exit with a GE 24000 E Star Window AC Unit without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $599.99.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-12-20 Sarah Taylor (27) of Lancaster was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M), Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle/Property and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a hit and run crash 2-6-20 at 2005 hrs on Centerville Rd in the area of Marietta Ave.
RETAIL THEFT: On 2-12-20 Eric Lee Jackson (38) of Nottingham was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 2-3-20 at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd. Jackson was captured on video surveillance switching out an empty Dewalt 20-volt drill set box and an empty Porter Cable Oscillating tool box with complete box sets and returning them for a refund. Total estimated value of loss $319.98.
THEFT: On 2-12-20 police responded to America’s Auto Auction Lancaster for a theft that just occurred. Following investigation, Michael Bowers (42) of Bernville was charged with Theft (F3). Bowers was found to have taken 15 key fobs from various makes of vehicles. Total estimated value of loss $2,890.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 2-12-20 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd for a retail theft in progress. Following investigation, Horace Miller (72) of York was charged with Retail Theft (S). Miller was observed by staff placing multiple items into his coat pocket. Total estimated value of loss $28.17.
ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DEATH OR INJURY WHILE NOT LICENSED: On 2-13-20 Mark Stockbauer (52) of Landisville was charged with Accidents Involving Death or Injury While not Licensed (F3) and 3 summary traffic violations, stemming from a vehicle crash on 1-3-20 in the 2800 block of Columbia Ave, where a pedestrian was struck.
TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 2-14-20 police responded to the 100 block of Welsh Dr for a domestic dispute in progress. Following investigation, Srijana Tiwari (27) of Lancaster was taken into custody, charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), 2 counts of Simple Assault (M2) and harassment (S) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
