DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-22-21 Patricia Lynn Vita (67) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M), stemming from a single vehicle crash in the parking lot of Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, on 2-12-21.
PA DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 2-23-21 Marcos Medina was cited twice with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 2-4-21 in the 300 block of Mumma Dr. Medina’s two dogs were found to be running at large.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-22-21 Mathew Hipkins Sr (32) of Northeast, MD was charged with Driving Under the Influence (M), stemming from a traffic stop 2-17-21 on Spooky Nook Rd in the area of Route 283 westbound.
PFA VIOLATION: On 2-24-21 police received a complaint of a Protection from Abuse Order violation in the first block of Centerville Rd. Following investigation, Daniel Rusch (43) of Lancaster was charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M). Rusch was located in the 2900 block of Hempland Rd, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 2-26-21 Quinten Minnick (20) of East Petersburg was charged with Access Device Fraud (M1) and Theft (M2), stemming from an incident 12-10-20 in the 1600 block of S Colebrook Rd. Minnick is alleged to have used a stolen credit card to make cash withdrawals and Venmo transactions totaling an estimated amount of $1,270.00. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Minnick was located this same day in the 300 block of Prospect Rd and found to have heroin in his possession. Minnick was then charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M).
THEFT: On 2-27-21 police received a theft report in the 2000 block of Harrisburg Pk. Sometime between 2-24-21 and 2-27-21, actor(s) removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss unknown at this time.
THEFT: On 2-27-21 police received a theft report from Burger King, 330 Rohrerstown Rd. Sometime between 1500-1550 hrs on 2-27-21, actor(s) removed a silver and black mountain bike from the parking lot. Total estimated value of loss $124.00.
