DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-24-20 Bethany Sawyer (23) of Lititz was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a vehicle crash 2-22-20 on State Rd at Metzler Rd.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 2-24-20 Shannon Cole (40) of Columbia was charged with Theft by Deception (M2), stemming from an incident 12-13-19 at Vanity Hair Salon, 3225 Harrisburg Pk. Cole paid for services with a check written on a closed account. Total estimated value of loss $125.00.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER: On 2-24-20 a 16-year old male was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver (M), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 1-24-20 in the 2800 block of Scenic Dr.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 2-24-20 Joseph Garcia (23) of York was charged with Aggravated Assault (F1), Terroristic Threats (M1), Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) and Criminal Mischief (S), stemming from an altercation in the 2800 block of Columbia Ave this same date. A warrant was issued for his arrest, he was located on 2-25-20 in York County, taken into custody and remanded to Lancaster County Prison unable to post bail.
STALKING: On 2-26-20 Matthew Pfender (60) of Quarryville was charged with Stalking (M1) and Indirect Criminal Contempt (M3) for violating a Protection from Abuse Order, stemming from an incident in the 2100 block of Harrisburg Pk on this same date.
INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT: On 2-26-20 Scott Barton (33) of Landisville was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt (M3) for violating a Protection from Abuse Order, stemming from an incident in the 1000 block of Harriet Ave on this same date.
THEFT: On 2-26-20 police responded to Mercedes Benz of Lancaster, 5100 Main St, for a theft report. A male was captured on video surveillance removing 3 Mercedes Benz vehicle key fobs. Total estimated value of loss $850.00.
CRIMINAL ATTEMPT OF THEFT: On 2-28-20 police responded to Mercedes Benz of Lancaster, 5100 Main St, for a suspicious activity. Vehicles in the parking lot of Mercedes Benz were being remotely accessed and unlocked by occupants of a vehicle passing the business. The vehicle was stopped in the 600 block of Delp Rd by Manheim Township Police Officers. The driver, Anwar Carter (39) and passenger Karheema Holland (19) both of Philadelphia were found to be in possession of stolen key fobs. Carter and Holland were taken into custody, both charged with Criminal Attempt of Theft (F2), Conspiracy of Theft (F2) and Receiving Stolen Property (M1) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY: On 2-28-20 police received a counterfeit currency report from Firehouse Subs, 120 Rohrerstown Rd. Between 2-24-20 and 2-28-20 the business received two $100.00 counterfeit bills and one $20.00 counterfeit bill as payment for product. Total estimated value of loss $220.00.
FORGERY: On 3-2-20 Arnaldo Senquiz Lebron (51) of Lancaster was charged with Forgery (M1) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop on Good Dr in the area of Lincoln Plaza on 2-13-20. Senquiz Lebron was found to have fraudulent inspection and emission stickers affixed to his vehicle.
