POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 2-2-21 Barclay Wilkerson-Pinder (23) of Coatesville was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 1-30-21 on Route 30 westbound in the area of Centerville Rd.
ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 2-3-21 David Myers Jr (32) of New Holland and David Kitching (46) of Lancaster were each charged with Access Device Fraud (F3), stemming from a theft report received 1-11-21 from Ironstone Building Supplies, 3009 Hempland Rd. Following investigation, Myers is alleged to have used a company-issued Rutter’s fuel card without consent of his employer 34 times between 12-12-19 and 12-2-20 for a total estimated value of loss of $1,294.74 and Kitching is alleged to have used a company issued Rutter’s fuel card 36 times between 2-20-20 and 1-3-21 for a total estimated value of loss of $1,289.71. Warrants were issued for their arrest.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 2-3-21 Brandon Martin Smith (33) of Mount Joy was charged with Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from an incident reported 12-23-20 in the first block of Naomi Ave. Smith is alleged to have claimed to be a legal professional and collected payment of $250.00 for a civil matter. Smith is not a lawyer and did not provide the service he promised.
HARASSMENT: On 2-3-21 Taharga Mott (40) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from a disturbance in the 2100 block of Columbia Ave on 1-7-21.
POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE BY MINOR: On 2-6-21 at 0327 hrs police conducted a traffic stop on Centerville Rd in the area of Bunny Dr. The driver of the vehicle, a 15-year-old male of Lancaster, was cited with Driving Without a License (S) and Failure to Stop at Red Signal (S). A passenger, a 14-year-old male of Landisville, was cited with Possession of Alcoholic Beverage by Minor (S).
THEFT: On 2-8-21 police responded to PAI/Excentia, 1810 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report. Sometime between mid-December 2020 and 2-4-21, actor(s) removed two catalytic converters from buses in the parking lot. Total estimated value of loss $800.00.
THEFT: On 2-8-21 police responded to a construction site at 2260 Dairy Rd for a theft report. Stony Creek Contractors reported that sometime between 2-5-21 at 1600 hrs and 2-8-21 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) forcibly entered two of their job trailers and removed multiple tools. Total estimated value of loss $3,000.00. Total estimated value of damage $1,600.00.
