THEFT: On 12-6-19 police responded to the 1300 block of Graystone Rd for a theft report. On 11-17-19 video surveillance captured a male selling two queen size mattresses from a garage on the property. Total estimated value of loss $500.00. Following investigation, Hunter Briel (19) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Theft (M1) and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-6-19 Lancaster City Police Department located Jasmine Williams (30) of Lancaster, who had a Warrant for Retail Theft from Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill, 301 Rohrerstown Rd, on 8-22-19. Williams was taken into custody and turned over to East Hempfield Township Police Department. Williams was then transported to Lancaster County Prison for arraignment.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-6-19 police responded to Sunoco A-Plus Mini Market for a vehicle that struck a gas pump. Following investigation, Oliver Hardy (62) of Greenbelt, MD, was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M). Hardy was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-8-19 at 0105 hrs police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report. Sometime between 12-7-19 at 2150 hrs and 12-8-19 at 0105 hrs, actor(s) used an unknown type weapon to shoot and break a sliding glass door and a vehicle headlight assembly. Total estimated value of damage $1,070.00.
THEFT OF SERVICE: On 12-8-19 police responded to the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr for a theft of service report. A cab service transported a white male and a white female from Lancaster to the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr. Upon arriving at this location, the male and female both absconded without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $58.45.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-8-19 at 0529 hrs police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for vandalism that just occurred. At 0515 on this date, actor(s) used an unknown type weapon to shoot and further break a sliding glass door that was also shot earlier this date. Total estimated value of damage $300.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-9-19 at 0102 hrs police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for vandalism that just occurred. Unknown actor(s) threw a brick through a window damaging the glass, screen and an interior cabinet. Total estimated value of damage $550.00.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-10-19 at 0643 hrs police responded to Hempfield Area Recreation Commission, 950 Church St, for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 0530-0630 hrs on this date, actor(s) broke into four vehicles taking a purse and its contents from each vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $1,070. Total estimated value of damage $1,500.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-10-19 Grisellys Marrero-Rosa (20) of Norristown, PA was charged with Retail Theft (M1) and Criminal Conspiracy Aiding-Retail Theft (M1) and Andy Debonis (23) of Wilmington, DE was charged with Retail Theft (F3) and Criminal Conspiracy Aiding-Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 12-4-19 at Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd. The female took two Dewalt Impact Drivers and exited the store through the lumber exit/entrance, where the male was waiting in a vehicle. Total value of loss $515.70. Warrants were issued for their arrests.
RAPE OF CHILD: On 12-12-19 Jose Monclova, Jr (27) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Rape of Child (F1), 2 counts Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse w/Child and 2 counts Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age (F3), a warrant was issued for his arrest. The charges stem from an investigation started 12-8-18 of incidents occurring in the 1500 block of Swarr Run Rd between approximately February 1, 2007 to September 1, 2007. On 12-16-19 Monclova was taken into custody in Lancaster City on the arrest warrant, arraigned before MDJ Chudzik and committed to Lancaster County Prison unable to post bail.
THEFT: On 12-13-19 police responded to the 1700 block of Ridgeview Ave for a theft report. Between 12-4-19 and 12-12-19, actor(s) took cash and a 3-carat diamond ring from a residence. Total estimated value of loss $12,100.00.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-13-19 police responded to the area of Nissley Rd and Harrisburg Pk for a reported reckless driver. Cailee Dennis (28) of Ephrata was located in the 1500 block of Duffland Dr parked in the middle of the road. Following investigation, Dennis was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M1) and several summary traffic violations.
THEFT: On 12-13-19 police received a reported theft from UPS, 1155 Enterprise Rd. Sometime between 12-2-19 at 1200 hrs and 12-3-19 at 1200 hrs, actor(s) took a 53’ 2006 Wabash-National white enclosed trailer. Total estimated value of loss $7,500.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-13-19 police conducted a traffic stop on Harrisburg Pk in the area of Jasmine Ln. The driver, Evincii Dixon (28) of Lancaster, was found to have several warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Dixon was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 12-13-19 police responded to Turkey Hill, 2171 Columbia Ave for a theft report. Between 11-25-19 and 12-10-19 an employee printed out money orders to himself and did not ring them up on the register. Total estimated value of loss $2,896.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-13-19 police were investigating a theft at Turkey Hill, 2171 Columbia Ave and found an employee at the location to have a warrant through New Holland Police Department. The employee, James McGhee (19) of Lancaster, was taken into custody and transported to the New Holland Police Department.
VEHICLE THEFT: On 12-13-19 police responded to Faulkner Chevrolet, 2000 Bennet Ave, for a vehicle theft report. Sometime between 3-25-19 and 5-27-19 a 2002 Toyota Camry went missing. Unknown value of loss at this time.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-14-19 police responded to Turkey Hill, 23 Centerville Rd, for a disturbance in progress. Following investigation, Michael Gantz (27) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-15-19 at 0119 hrs police conducted a property check at Roots Country Market & Auction. An occupied vehicle was found in the parking lot. The occupant of the vehicle, Curtis Briel (46) of Port Deposit, MD, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Briel was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-16-19 Jeffery Shank, Jr (29) of Lancaster was cited with Retail Theft (S) and Amanda Hamilton (38) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (M2) and Conspiracy-Retail Theft (M2), stemming from an incident at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, on 12-5-19. Shank and Hamilton left the store with items that had a total estimated value $144.35.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-16-19 police responded to Whyte’s Transmission Service, 2316 Lancaster Rd, for a theft from vehicle report. Between 12-13-19 at 1830 hrs and 12-16-19 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) removed the right and left tail light assemblies of a truck by cutting the wires and removed the tailgate. Total estimated value of loss $$550.00. Total estimated value of damage $50.00.
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-16-19 police responded to Royal Farms, 260 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report. At 1051 hrs this date a male was captured on video surveillance taking a cup of coffee and a bottle of Barefoot Pink Moscato wine. Total estimated value of loss $13.38.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE IS SUSPENDED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-16-19 police conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of Rohrerstown Rd. The driver, Altamese Wallace-Shell (32) of Lancaster, was found to have a suspended driver’s license. Wallace-Shell was charged with Driving While License is Suspended for Driving Under the Influence-3rd Violation (M3).
RETAIL THEFT: On 12-18-19 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for several retail theft reports. On 12-9-19 a male was captured on video surveillance picking up a leash, removing it from its packaging and placing it in his pocket, then leaving without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $40.80. On 12-15-19 a male was captured on video surveillance getting 2 fish and then walking out of the store with the fish in his hands without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $10.58. On 12-16-19 a male was captured on video surveillance concealing a fish, driftwood and loose rocks on his person and leaving without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $24.53.
ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 12-18-19 Oliver Onet (43) of Hollywood, FL and Daniel Chira (47) of New York, NY were both charged with 2 counts of Access Device Fraud (F3), 2 counts of Conspiracy to Commit Access Device Fraud (F3) and 2 counts of Conspiracy-Theft by Deception (M1). Onet and Chira placed a “skimmer” device on the ATM machine at Belco FCU, 201 Good Dr, sometime between 9-19-19 and 9-21-19. They then used information from 2 victims to access bank accounts and withdraw cash from a Belco FCU in Mechanicsburg, PA. Total estimated value of loss $1,000.00. Warrants were issued for their arrest.
