FIREARMS NOT TO BE CARRIED W/O LICENSE: On 12-31-19 at 2308 hrs police responded to the 3600 block of Columbia Ave for a weapons violation.  Following investigation, on 1-6-20 Kaliyah Nunn (18) of Columbia was charged with Firearms Not to be Carried w/o License (F3), Reckless Endangerment (M2), Simple Assault (M1) and Terroristic Threats (M1), a warrant was issued for her arrest.  Nunn was located in Columbia on 1-6-20, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 1-2-20 Tek Dahal (35) of New Cumberland was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident 12-30-19 at Turkey Hill, 2171 Columbia Ave.

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 1-2-20 David Henne (67) of Landisville was cited with Confinement of Dogs (S), stemming from an incident 12-27-19.  Henne’s dog was found running at large on a neighboring property.

FORGERY: On 1-2-20 Angelina-Maria Boyer (34) of Lancaster was charged with 4 counts of Forgery (F3), 4 counts of Theft by Deception (M1) and Identity Theft (M1).  Sometime between 9-27-19 and 11-12-19 Boyer obtained checks belonging to another individual, wrote 4 of them to herself and forged the owner’s signature.  Total estimated value of loss $430.00.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 1-2-20 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a vehicle theft report.  Sometime between 1930-2145 hrs on this date, actor(s) took an unlocked 2004 Nissan Titan, grey in color, from the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $5,450.00.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 1-3-20 Klye Blair (23) of Harrisburg was charged with Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from an incident 11-25-19 at Turkey Hill, 2171 Columbia Ave.  Blair, a former employee, activated 4 cash only gift cards without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $1,046.00.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 1-3-20 a 16-year old male of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2), stemming from an incident 12-21-19 at CVS, 630 Centerville Rd.

STRANGULATION-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 1-4-20 police responded to the 1300 block of Pennscott Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, David Deitrick (55) of Landisville was charged with Strangulation (F2) and Simple Assault (M2).  Deitrick was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 1-4-20 police responded to the 3000 block of Woodridge Dr for a vandalism complaint.  Sometime between 1100-1600 hrs on this date, actor(s) broke the back window of a vehicle.  Total Estimated value of damage $500.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-6-20 Diane Fuentes (23) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 1-3-19 at CVS, 630 Centerville Rd.  Fuentes was observed taking a blue Ijoy Activity Tracker from a display, placing it in her coat sleeve and exiting the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $9.99.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-6-20 Shawn McGlory (43) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and 2 summary traffic violations, stemming from a vehicle crash in the 2200 block of Harrisburg Pike on 12-22-19.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-7-20 Jared Howry (34) of Lititz was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, on 12-9-19.  Howry was captured on video surveillance removing a leash from its packaging, putting it in his pocket and exiting the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $40.80.

THEFT: On 1-7-20 Anastasia Volland (29) of Lititz was charged with Theft (M1), stemming from incidents in the 1700 block of Ridgeview Ave between 12-4-19 and 12-12-19.  Volland was performing residential cleaning and took a pair of emerald earrings, a diamond tennis bracelet and a 10k gold necklace.  Total estimated value of loss $519.34.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER: On 1-7-20 David Althouse (40) of Manheim was charged with Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with Intent to Deliver (F), stemming from an incident in the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr on 12-27-19.

THEFT: On 1-7-20 police received a theft report that occurred at Charles & Alice Inc, 2870 Yellow Goose Rd on this date.  A vaporizer was taken from an employee’s coat pocket.  Total estimated value of loss $200.00.

FORGERY: On 1-8-20 police responded to Citizens Bank, 600 Centerville Rd, for a male attempting to withdraw money using a fake ID.  Following investigation, Tony Myers (62) of Hopewell, VA was taken into custody and charged with Forgery (F2) and Identity Theft (F3).  Myers was transported and committed to Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT: On 1-8-20 police responded to the 100 block of Ann Ave for a theft report.  Sometime between 1-7-20 at 1800 hrs and 1-8-20 at 0730 hrs, actor(s) removed a Honda push mower from an unlocked shed.  Total estimated value of loss $538.46.

HARASSMENT: On 1-9-20 police responded to the 1400 block of Windemere Ln for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Monodeep Biswas (41) of Landisville was cited with Harassment (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-9-20 police conducted a traffic stop on Columbia Ave in the area of Rohrerstown Rd. The driver, Leonard Matroni (60) of Columbia, was found to have felony warrants for fraud through the Amherst County Sheriff’s Office in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Matroni was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison for extradition.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 1-10-20 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1600-1729 hrs on this date, actor(s) broke the driver’s side front window of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $200.00.
