POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 12/22/20 THRU 1/4/21

THEFT: On 12-22-20 police received a theft report from Mercedes Benz of Lancaster, 5100 Main St.  Sometime between 12-17-20 and 12-22-20, actor(s) took ten inspection stickers from the business.  Total estimated value of loss $80.00.

THEFT: On 12-28-20 police responded to Rent-A-Center, 1835 Columbia Ave, for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-26-20 at 1900 hrs and 12-28-20 at 0930 hrs, actor(s) removed two catalytic converters from vehicles in the parking lot.  Unknown value of loss at this time.

THEFT: On 12-28-20 Cathy Harper (53) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (M2), stemming from an incident 12-16-20 at McDonalds, 1755 Columbia Ave.  in which cash was stolen from an employee’s locker.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: On 12-28-20 Michael Foley Jr (41) of Lancaster and Jessi Rosario-Estremera (23) of Lancaster were both charged with Reckless Endangerment (M2) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a road rage incident that resulted in a two vehicle crash 12-7-20 on Route 283 eastbound in the area of State Rd.

FLIGHT TO AVOID APPREHENSION: On 12-29-20 Kyle Eugene Smith was charged with Flight to Avoid Apprehension (F3) and Resist Arrest (M2), stemming from an incident 11-30-20.  Police responded to the 100 block of Madge Dr to serve a felony warrant on Smith.  Smith disregarded police commands and fled the scene.

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 12-29-20 Zarina Arce-Lopez (27) of Lancaster was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 12-27-20 in the 2800 block of Columbia Ave, where Arce-Lopez’s two pit bulls were found running loose.

THEFT OF LOST PROPERTY: On 12-29-20 Robert Stefano (51) of Lancaster and Ann Stefano (47) of Lancaster were both charged with Theft of Lost Property (F3) and Conspiracy-Theft of Lost Property (F3), stemming from an incident 12-6-20 in the 2200 block of Wood St. 

WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-29-20 police conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 westbound in the area of Running Pump Rd.  The driver, Carlos Diaz (35) of Chester, PA, was found to have a warrant through Pennsylvania State Parole.  Diaz was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-31-20 police received a theft from vehicle report that occurred at Fabie Boys Motorsports, 1599 Columbia Ave.  Sometime between 10-16-20 and 10-24-20, actor(s) removed a black Sig Sauer P320 firearm from a vehicle in the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $ 550.00.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 12-31-20 at 2334 hrs police responded to the 2800 block of Columbia Ave for shots fired that just occurred.  Following investigation, Jason Lloyd-Lowe (25) of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), Reckless Endangerment (M2) and Disorderly Conduct (M3), a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Lloyd-Lowe was located in the 100 block of E Clay St in Lancaster, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 1-4-21 Garth Bolin (28) of Lancaster was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle crash on Rohrerstown Rd at Lincoln Plaza on 1-1-21.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-4-21 police responded to Lidl Food Market, 2017 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that occurred earlier in the day.  A female was observed taking multiple items from the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $28.92.
