POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 12/1/20 THRU 12/7/20

CORRUPTION OF MINORS: On 12-1-20 Edgardo J Rivera (40) of Lancaster was charged with Corruption of Minors (F3), Endangering Welfare of Children (F3) and Indecent Exposure (M1), stemming from an incident reported 9-25-20 in the 2800 block of Dell Ln.

PFA VIOLATION: On 12-2-20 Dustin Partain (32) of Battle Creek, MI was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt, stemming from an incident 11-30-20 in the 1600 block of Rohrerstown Rd.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-2-20 police conducted a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Marietta Ave.  The driver, William Taylor (35) of Oxford, was found to have a warrant through Chester County and was taken into custody and turned over to same.  The passenger, Cory Shaub (29) of Lancaster, was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department and was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Prison.

THEFT: On 12-3-20 police received a theft report from Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.  Between 1900-2100 hrs on 12-2-20, a group of males took a Wilson Evolution Basketball.  Total estimated value of loss $64.99.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-3-20 police received a vandalism report in the 700 block of Centerville Rd.  On 12-2-20 at approximately 1930 hrs, a passing vehicle shot a BB gun at the front bay window of a residence.  Total estimated value of damage $250.00.

BURGLARY: On 12-4-20 police responded to the 600 block of Stony Battery Rd for a burglary report.  Sometime between 1500 hrs on 12-3-20 and 0730 hrs on 12-4-20, actor(s) cut a lock and removed several tools from a construction trailer.  Total estimated value of loss $1,650.00.  Total estimated value of damage $16.00.

STALKING: On 12-6-20 police received a report of domestic violence occurring 12-3-20 in the 2200 block of Albern Blvd.  Following investigation, Richard McCall (56) of Lancaster was charged with Stalking (M1), Simple Assault (M2) and Terroristic Threats (M1) and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  He was located this same date in the 2200 block of Albern Blvd, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded unable to post bail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-7-20 Stacy Coen (25) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), 1 count of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a one vehicle crash 11-7-20 in the 2600 block of Lancaster Rd.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-7-20 police received a vandalism report in the 600 block of Springton Way.  Sometime between 12-6-20 at 1900 hrs and 12-7-20 at 1300 hrs, actor(s) scratched a drawing into the hood of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $750.00.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 12-7-20 police responded to Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care & Landscape, 3055 Yellow Goose Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-5-20 at 0230 hrs and 12-7-20 at 1054 hrs, actor(s) removed the catalytic converters from 7 trucks.  Total estimated value of damage $20,000.00.

THEFT: On 12-7-20 police received a theft report from Magnolias of Lancaster, 1870 Rohrerstown Rd.  Sometime between March 2020 and October 2020, actor(s) removed a wedding band containing 3 diamonds from the facility.  Total estimated value of loss $3,400.00.

CORRUPTION OF MINORS: On 12-7-20 Antonio Farrell (18) of Columbia was charged with Corruption of Minors (M1), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 11-23-20 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.
