RETAIL THEFT: On 12-4-19 Kyle E Smith (18) of Mountville and a 16-year old male of Lancaster were each cited with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 11-13-19 at Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave. Surveillance video captured both males concealing Red Bull and candy in their clothing. RETAIL THEFT: On 12-4-19 Kyle E Smith (18) of Mountville, a 16-year old male of Mountville and a 16-year old male of Lancaster were all cited with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 11-14-19 at Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave. The males were observed concealing candy and gum in their clothing. SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-5-19 police responded to the 400 block of S Chiques Rd for a domestic altercation. Following investigation, Brian Finnegan (22) of Manheim was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S). Finnegan was arraigned before MDJ Chudzik, was unable to post $5,000 cash bail, and then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
