IDENTITY THEFT: On 11-21-19 Joseph Carr (33) of Lancaster was charged with Identity Theft (M1), False Identification to Law Enforcement Officer (M3) and 3 summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 8-19-19 on Embassy Dr at Ambassador Cir.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-21-19 police responded to Addiction Recovery Systems, 2192 Embassy Dr, for a fight in progress.  Following investigation, Jimmie Babcock (44) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M3) and 2 counts of Harassment (S), Joseph Dimartino II (32) of Lititz was charged with Simple Assault (M3) and Harassment (S) and Mallorie Toulson (29) of Lititz was cited with Harassment (S). 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-21-19 police responded to Glah Medical Group, 2207 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 11-19-19 at 1330 hrs and 11-21-19 at 0730 hrs, actor(s) wrote on the business sign with marker.  Unknown amount of damage.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 11-21-19 police responded to BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd for an employee theft report.  Following investigation, Brandy Bish (35) of Columbia was charged with Theft by Deception (F3).  Total estimated value of loss $2,170.45.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-22-19 police responded to the 400 block of Parklawn Ct for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 11-21-19 at 2100 hrs and 11-22-19 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) poured white paint on the exterior of a vehicle to include the door handles, trunk area, registration plate and bumpers.  Unknown amount of damage at this time.

THEFT: On 11-22-19 police responded to Monro Muffler & Brake Service, 191 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 10-22-19 at 1322 hrs and 11-22-19 at 1617 hrs, 100 Pennsylvania safety inspection stickers were taken from the business.  Total estimated value of loss $800.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-22-19 police responded to Penn State Health, 2301 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism complaint.  Sometime between 11-21-19 at 1600 hrs and 11-22-19 at 0710 hrs, actor(s) wrote in marker on a bench and a door.  Total estimated value of damage $20.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-23-19 police responded to Penn State Health, 2301 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 11-22-19 at 1600 hrs and 11-23-19 at 1110 hrs, actor(s) wrote in marker on a sign and concrete curb.  Total estimated value of damage $50.00.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-23-19 police responded to the 1500 block of Stony Battery Rd for a reported disturbance.  Following investigation, Billy Webb (55) of Ephrata was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).  Webb was transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-25-19 police responded to Penn State Health, 2301 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 11-24-19 at 1615 hrs and 11-25-19 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) wrote in marker on a door.  Total estimated value of damage $10.00.

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 11-25-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Signal Hill Rd for a dog running loose.  Following investigation, Joyce George (79) of Lancaster was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-25-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism complaint.  Sometime between 11-23-19 at 1800 hrs and 11-24-19 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) broke the rear window of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $300.00.

THEFT: On 11-26-19 police responded to Centerville Rd in the area of Hempland Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 0415-0500 hrs on 11-26-19, actor(s) removed a blue and red Enzo electric bicycle from the area.  Total estimated value of loss $499.99.

THEFT OF SERVICES: On 11-26-19 a 14-year old female of Landisville was cited with Theft of Services (S), stemming from an incident on 11-11-19 in the first block of Naomi Ave.  The juvenile was transported by cab from Lancaster to Landisville and absconded without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $24.15.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-26-19 Evan Tortorici (29) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident at Addiction Recovery Systems, 2192 Embassy Dr, on 11-11-19.

WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 11-26-19 a 16-year old student of Lancaster was charged with Weapon on School Property (M1)(pocket knife), stemming from an incident on 11-6-19 at the Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

OPERATE VEHICLE WITHOUT IGNITION INTERLOCK: On 11-26-19 Cory Shaub (28) of Lancaster was charged with Operate Vehicle W/Out Ignition Interlock (M) and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (S), stemming from a traffic stop 11-14-19 on Running Pump Rd in the area of Mayfair Dr.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-26-19 police received a vandalism report that occurred at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.  Sometime between 1500-1600 hrs on 11-25-19, actor(s) damaged the driver’s side keypad of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $700.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-26-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report.  At approximately 2207 hrs on 11-26-19, actor(s) used an unknown weapon to break the glass in a door of the residence.  Total estimated value of damage $300.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-27-19 police responded to Holiday Hair, 566 Centerville Rd, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1400-1630 hrs on 11-27-19, actor(s) slashed 2 tires on a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $140.00.

UNDERAGE DRINKING: On 11-29-19 at 1348 hrs police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd for an underage drinking complaint.  Following investigation, Eric Van Saun (18) of Harrisburg was cited with Purchase Etc Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor (S).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-29-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 0300-0650 hrs on 11-29-19, actor(s) broke two windows on a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $500.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-29-19 police conducted a traffic stop on Stanley Ave in the area of Bank St.  The driver of the vehicle, Jeffrey Rice (21) of Wrightsville, was found to have a warrant through York County.  Rice was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-30-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 11-29-19 at 2200 hrs and 11-30-19 at 0435 hrs, actor(s) broke the back window of a truck.  Total estimated value of damage $200.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-30-19 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report.  Video surveillance captured a white male remove a Bosch 12-Volt Max 2 Power Tool Combo Kit and a Kobalt 24-Volt Max Variable Speed Brushless Cordless Impact Driver on 11-26-19.  Total estimated value of loss $198.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-30-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1310-1720 hrs on 11-30-19, actor(s) used an unknown weapon to shoot and break a sliding glass door.  Total estimated value of damage $318.00.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-1-19 at 1926 hrs police responded to the intersection of RT 283 East and State Rd for a vehicle, with a male occupant, blocking the roadway.  Following investigation, Michael Bracco (35) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M).

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-1-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 0000-0500 hrs on 12-1-19, actor(s) broke the windshield and passenger side window of a truck and also used an unknown weapon to shoot holes into vinyl siding of the residence.  Total estimated value of damage $950.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-2-19 police were made aware that Candace Schmitt (29) of Lancaster had warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Schmitt was located in the 2300 block of Chestnut View Dr, taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Prison

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-2-19 police received a report of a theft from vehicle in the 100 block of Church St.  Sometime between 11-27-19 and 11-30-19, actor(s) removed a tactical bag containing various items, a blue Adidas soccer bag containing various items and a black men’s G-Shock digital watch from an unlocked vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $415.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-4-19 Kyle E Smith (18) of Mountville and a 16-year old male of Lancaster were each cited with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 11-13-19 at Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave.  Surveillance video captured both males concealing Red Bull and candy in their clothing.  Total estimated value of loss $15.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-4-19 Kyle E Smith (18) of Mountville, a 16-year old male of Mountville and a 16-year old male of Lancaster were all cited with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 11-14-19 at Dollar General, 3515 Columbia Ave.  The males were observed concealing candy and gum in their clothing.  Total estimated value of loss $5.10.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-5-19 police responded to the 400 block of S Chiques Rd for a domestic altercation.  Following investigation, Brian Finnegan (22) of Manheim was taken into custody and charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S).  Finnegan was arraigned before MDJ Chudzik, was unable to post $5,000 cash bail, and then transported to Lancaster County Prison.
