POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 11/18/20 THRU 11/30/20

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 11-18-20 Jeffrey Fronina (54) of Mountville was cited with Public Drunkenness (S), stemming from an incident 11-15-20 at Turkey Hill, 3101 Columbia Ave.

HARBOR DANGEROUS DOG: On 11-18-20 Dale Kreider was cited with Harbor Dangerous Dog (S) and Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 11-11-20 in the 2900 block of Kings Ln.  Kreider’s dog ran from his property onto the street and attacked two leashed dogs walking by the residence.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-18-20 Tabitha Booth (34) of Quarryville was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M), Driving with a Suspended Driver’s License (M1) and a summary traffic violation and James Rittenhouse (46) of Lititz was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3), Possession of Controlled Substance (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a traffic stop 11-9-20 on the Route 30 eastbound entrance ramp.  Booth was found to have warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department, was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Rittenhouse was found to have a warrant through Manheim Township Police Department.  He was taken into custody and turned over to Manheim Township Police.

POSSESS WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 11-18-20 police responded to Centerville Middle School, 865 Centerville Rd, for a reported weapon on school property.  A 12-year old female student of Lancaster came to school with a flip-blade knife in her pocket.  She was charged with Possess Weapon on School Property (M1).

DOG LAW VIOLATION: On 11-18-20 police responded to the 1600 block of Lititz Rd for a dog running at large.  The dog was also running at large on 11-14-20.  The owner, Steven Stoltzfus (32) of Manheim, was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-18-20 police conducted a traffic stop on Route 30 eastbound in the area of Running Pump Rd.  The driver, Derrick Ringgold (36) of Lancaster, was found to have several warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Ringgold was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 11-18-20 police responded to Nissin Foods Inc, 129 South Tree Dr, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1415-1915 hrs, this date, actor(s) removed the registration plate from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $36.00.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 11-19-20 a 15-year old male student of Landisville was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 11-17-20 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

SIMPLE ASSAULT-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 11-19-20 police responded to the 300 block of E Main St for a domestic disturbance.  Following investigation, Jay Hilgert Jr (36) of Landisville was charged with Simple Assault (M2).  Hilgert was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Prison.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-20-20 police responded to the 2300 block of Spruce St to serve a warrant for North Lebanon Township Police Department on Cody Wanamaker (28) of Manheim for Simple Assault-Domestic Violence and Harassment-Domestic Violence.  Wanamaker was taken into custody and turned over to North Lebanon Township Police Department.

FORGERY: On 11-21-20 police responded to Roots Country Market & Auction, 705 Graystone Rd, for a counterfeit money complaint.  A vendor received a counterfeit $10.00 bill as payment for goods.  Total estimated value of loss $10.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 11-23-20 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1015 -1300 hrs this date, actor(s) removed a McGraw air compressor and a 10-inch chop saw from the bed of a truck in the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $270.00.

THEFT: On 11-23-20 police responded to a construction site in the 2200 block of Embassy Dr for a theft report.  Sometime between 11-20-20 at 1430 hrs and 11-23-20 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) cut the locks from storage sheds and removed multiple tools.  Total estimated value of loss $2,465.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-23-20 police responded to UPS, 1155 Enterprise Rd, for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Andrew Sechrist (47) of Lancaster was cited with Criminal Mischief (S) for throwing a cell phone/scanner to the ground and destroying it.  Total estimated value of damage $350.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-24-20 police received a vandalism report in the 2300 block of Columbia Ave.  Sometime between 11-23-20 at 1900 hrs and 11-24-20 at 0630 hrs, actor(s) slashed two tires on a parked truck.  Total estimated value of damage $400.00.

ASSAULT ON SPORTS OFFICIAL: On 11-25-20 Juwan Dill (51) of Philadelphia was charged with Assault on Sports Official (M1) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 11-14-20 at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 11-25-20 police responded to the first block of Naomi Ave for a vehicle theft report.  Sometime between 11-24-20 at 2130 hrs and 11-25-20 at 0812 hrs, actor(s) removed a yellow and blue Suzuki dirt bike from the backyard of a residence.  Total estimated value of loss $2,500.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11-27-20 Abraham Bonano (35) of Columbia was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) stemming from an incident on 11-25-20 in the parking lot of Western Corners Shopping Center – 3000 block of Columbia Ave.
