Police Incidents from 11/14/19 thru 11/20/19
THEFT: On 11-15-19 police received a report of a theft that occurred 11-13-19 in the 1800 block of Village Cir. A Vera Bradley purse and all of its contents was left in a vehicle that was providing a ride through the “Go-Go Grandparent” service. Total estimated value of loss $557.00.
THEFT: On 11-15-19 police received a report of a theft that occurred in the 1800 block of Wheatland Ave. Sometime between 11-13-19 at 1700 hrs and 11-15-19 at 1700 hrs, actor(s) removed a metal ornament mounted on a metal stake from the property. Total estimated value of loss $25.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-15-19 police responded to the 1000 block of Nissley Rd for a vandalism complaint. Sometime between 1830-1900 hrs on 11-15-19, actor(s) smashed the driver’s side window of a vehicle. Total estimated value of damage $200.00.
PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 11-15-19 police responded to the 800 block of Huntington Place for a reported Protection from Abuse Violation. Following investigation, Braelyn Figles (21) of Lancaster, was charged with Indirect Criminal Contempt-Arrest for Violation of Order (M3) and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
WARRANT SERVICCE: On 11-16-19 police conducted a traffic stop on Centerville Rd in the area of Chapel Forge Dr. The driver of the vehicle, Kenneth Norfleet (20) of Harrisburg, was found to have a warrant through Dauphin County. Norfleet was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
CHILD PORNOGRAPHY: On 11-18-19 a 14-year old male student of Lancaster was charged with Child Pornography (F3), Theft by Extortion (M2), Criminal Use of Communication Facility (F3) and Transmission of Sexually Explicit Images (S), stemming from an incident 10-7-19 in the 400 block of Parklawn Ct.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-19-19 at 2129 hrs police responded to Kegel’s Produce, 2851 Old Tree Dr, to serve an arrest warrant on Braelyn Figles (21) of Lancaster. Figles was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN: On 11-19-19 Raymond McClenaghan (49) of Manheim was charged with Sexual Abuse of Children (F3), Child Pornography (F3), Photograph/Film/Depict on Computer Sex Act of Child (F2), Criminal Solicitation - Photograph/Film/Depict on Computer Sex Act of Child (F2), 2 counts of Criminal use of Communication Facility (F3) and 2 counts of Theft by Extortion (M2). The charges are stemming from an investigation started 7-6-19 with a complaint from CVS, 301 E Main St, where McClenaghan sent photos through the internet to CVS to be printed out. McClenaghan is currently incarcerated in Lancaster County Prison.
TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 11-20-19 police responded to the 1600 block of English Brook Dr for a domestic disturbance. Following investigation, Nicholas Hershey (18) of Landisville was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1). A warrant was issued for his arrest.
