POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 11/10/20 THRU 11/17/20

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-10-20 police responded to Suburban Propane, 2440 Dairy Rd, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 11-3-20 and 11-10-20, actor(s) cut a section of 8 feet tall chain link fence.  Total estimated amount of damage $400.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-10-20 police made a traffic stop in the 500 block of Centerville Rd.  Following investigation, Amanda Hamilton (39) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Hamilton was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-10-20 police responded to Root’s Country Market, 705 Graystone Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 0915 and 1000 hrs on this date, actor(s) scratched the entire driver’s side of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $2,511.55.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-10-20 police received a vandalism report on Marietta Ave in the area of Dorsea Rd.  Something was thrown at a vehicle traveling west on Marietta Ave on this date causing an estimated $1,500.00 in damage.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-12-20 police conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Columbia Ave.  Following investigation, Paige Carlson (29) of Lancaster was found to have several warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Carlson was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 11-13-20 at 0259 hrs police responded to the 100 block of Norlawn Cir for a theft from vehicle report.  A resident witnessed 2 males wearing dark clothing, hooded sweatshirts and blue surgical masks rummaging through a vehicle.  Nothing was reported missing.

THEFT: On 11-13-20 police responded to Easton Coach, 1175 Enterprise Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 11-12-20 at 2300 hrs and 11-13-20 at 0751 hrs, actor(s) gained access to the parking lot by cutting a fence and removed 22 catalytic converters from buses.  Total estimated value of loss $22,000.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE:  On 11-13-20 police received a theft from vehicle report in the 200 block of Broad St.  Sometime between 11-12-20 at 2030 hrs and 11-13-20 at 0530 hrs, actor(s) removed a Ruger firearm from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $275.00. 

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 11-13-20 police received a theft from vehicle report in the 100 block of Norlawn Cir.  Sometime between 11-12-20 at 2140 hrs and 11-13-20 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) removed cash from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $700.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 11-13-20 police responded to the 100 block of Parklawn Ct for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 11-12-20 at 0030 hrs and 11-13-20 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) removed loose change from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $10.00.

FRAUD: On 11-14-20 police responded to McDonald’s, 1755 Columbia Ave, regarding the receipt of counterfeit money.  A male driving a blue Ford F-150 truck left the drive through lane without taking his meal when he noticed the cashier questioning the counterfeit $20.00 bill.  No loss incurred with this transaction.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 11-17-20 Shannon Parnow (35) of Lancaster was charged with 3 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of Cardinal Rd on 9-9-20.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 11-17-20 Anthony Brighton, Jr was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), Violation of the Medical Marijuana Act (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 11-13-20 in the 2900 block of Columbia Ave.
