-HARASSMENT: On 10-29-15 police were dispatched to McDonald’s on Columbia Avenue for a harassment complaint. An employee stated that a subject, Dereck Tyrell SEASE, Jr. of Conestoga Street, Lancaster, had screamed, spit on her and took a swing at her, then left the premises. SEASE was charged with Harassment.

-THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 10-29-15 police were dispatched to the 800 block of Queen Anne’s Ct for a theft from vehicle report. Victim stated that unknown person(s) entered her unlocked vehicle and took $25.00 cash from a wallet.  

-THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING: On 10-31-15 police were dispatched to El Serrano’s on Columbia Avenue for a report of a theft by unlawful taking. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole several dumbbells from the basement gym. Total estimated loss: $210.00.

-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-1-15 police were dispatched to the 100 block of Parklawn Court for a report of vandalism to 2 homes.  Owners reported that pellets or BBs were fired at both residences damaging windows and siding. Total loss for one resident was $200.00 and $170.00 for the other resident.

-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-2-15 police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Marietta Avenue for a report of criminal mischief. Victim reported that almost all the windows of an excavator were broken out of the cab cockpit. Total loss: $2,000.00.
