On 9/27/15 at 0128 hours,while on patrol, an Officer observed 2 vehicles parked in the parking lot of Med Express Urgent Care on Rohrerstown Road. Upon investigation, Officers found four male subjects and drug paraphernalia near where subjects were sitting. All four (4) subjects were charged with one summary count of Disorderly Conduct each. The four males are listed below.  All are 19 years of age and from Litiz, PA.
