PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 9-23-25 at 0435 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for an individual that fell asleep in the drive through line. Following investigation, Anish Dulal (21) of Landisville was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).
RETAIL THEFT: On 9-23-25 Henryk Slowikowski (53) of Chicago, IL was charged with Retail Theft (F3) and Receiving Stolen Property (F3), stemming from an incident 9-6-25 between 1530 hrs and 1600 hrs at Salon Centric, 245 Centerville Rd. Slowikowski allegedly distracted employees while a female accomplice hid salon products under her clothing garments. Total estimated value of loss $5,295.01. A warrant was issued for Slowikowski.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 9-25-25 Christopher W Boyd (41) of Millersville was charged with Theft by Deception (F3) and Bad Checks (F), stemming from a report received 4-30-25 from First National Bank, 23 Rohrerstown Rd. Between 10-23-24 and 3-6-25 Boyd allegedly deposited 112 checks into his First National Bank account. The checks were returned unpaid due to insufficient funds. Total estimated value of loss $26,370.88. Boyd was arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Chudzik and given $80,000.00 unsecured bail.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 9-26-25 Jouar Wajib (26) of Northfield, NJ was charged with Theft by Deception (M1), stemming from an incident that occurred in the 1500 block of McFarland Dr in January 2025. The victim purchased playoff tickets to an NFC Championship game from a former coworker through Facebook. After not receiving the tickets, the victim learned the coworker’s Facebook had been hacked. Total estimated value of loss $850.00. A warrant was issued for Wajib’s arrest.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-27-25 police responded to a reckless driving complaint on Route 30 East in the area of Centerville Rd. The vehicle exited onto Centerville Rd and a traffic stop was conducted. Following investigation, Ozzie Greene (71) of Etters was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M).
RETAIL THEFT: On 9-29-25 at 1423 hrs, police responded to Classic Mini Mart & Bar, 3441 Columbia Ave for a retail theft that just occurred with the male suspect running west on Columbia Ave. The male, Lashawn H Jenkins (23) of Harrisburg, was located and detained in the 3700 block of Columbia Ave and found to be in possession of the alleged stolen items, a vape and a tin of nicotine pouches. Jenkins was charged with Retail Theft (M2). Total estimated value of loss $32.58.
RETAIL THEFT: On 9-29-25 Vanessa Gay Wilson (53) of York was charged with Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident at Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, on 7-28-25 at 1205 hrs. Wilson allegedly entered the store, placed power tools, potted plants and various other items in her cart then exited the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $1,296.28. A warrant was issued for her arrest.
RETAIL THEFT: On 9-29-25 Jayden Michael Hoffa (18) of Robesonia, Jayden Darius Beverly (19) of North Wales and Nysir S Lennon-Tavares (18) of Philadelphia were each charged with Retail Theft (M1), Conspiracy-Retail Theft (M1) and Purchase Alcohol by Minor (S). The individuals allegedly entered the Sheetz, 3101 Columbia Ave, on 9-18-25 at 0056 hrs, went into the Beer Cave and took ten 12-packs of Twisted Tea and similar alcoholic beverages then immediately exited the store without making payment. Total estimated value of loss $202.29.
PFA VIOLATION: On 9-30-25 at 1552 hrs, police responded to the 1300 block of Sylvan Rd for a disturbance in progress. Following investigation, Jose Ramon Neco-Padilla (37) of Elizabeth was taken into custody, charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 9-30-25 Aleksandr S Varlamov (24) of Ephrata was charged with (2) counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a single vehicle accident 9-22-25 at 0230 hrs in the 900 block of Nissley Rd.
