WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-21-22 police responded to Lancaster Toyota Service Center, 1107 Enterprise Rd, for a warrant service. Dylan Rineer (29) of Lancaster was taken into custody on a warrant for Strangulation-Domestic Violence held by the Susquehanna Regional Police Department. Rineer was turned over to Susquehanna Regional Police.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-22-22 Terrance Lewis (49) of Plattsburgh, NY was extradited from New York and transported to East Hempfield Township Police Department to be processed for 3 warrants for Retail Theft that occurred in December 2017 and January 2018. Lewis was processed and then transported to Lancaster County Prison. Lancaster City Police Bureau and East Lampeter Township Police Department also held Retail Theft warrants for Lewis and both were notified he was in Lancaster County Prison.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 7-25-22 Rayne Barton (62) of Elizabethtown was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3), stemming from an incident 7-22-22 at Hypertension & Kidney Specialist, 2110 Harrisburg Pk, #310, Lancaster, PA 17601.
PA DOG LAW: On 7-25-22 Rashawn Valentine (35) of Manheim was cited with Confined Within Premises of Owner (S), stemming from an incident 6-25-22 in the 1600 block of Lititz Rd.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 7-25-22 a 17-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M), Use/Possess Paraphernalia (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a traffic stop 5-7-22 at 0252 hrs on Harrisburg Pk in the area of Wedel Dr.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 7-26-22 police responded to Lancaster Fine Foods, 501 Richardson Dr, for a vandalism report. Sometime between 1400-1758 hrs this date, actor(s) slashed all four tires of an employee’s vehicle in the parking lot. Total estimated value of damage $1,200.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 7-27-22 police conducted a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Noll Dr. The driver, Blair Lennox (28) of Leola, was found to have several warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department. Lennox was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.
THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 7-27-22 police responded to the 1800 block of Hidden Ln for a theft report. Sometime between 0214-1336 hrs on this date, actor(s) removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle. Total estimated value of loss $2,350.00.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 7-27-22 Monique Shywan Cepero-Wisher (36) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (M), stemming from a vehicle accident 3-8-22 on Main St in East Petersburg.
