SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 5-31-22 James Vincent Fatta (56) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-11-22 at 2232 hrs at Amigo’s, 2309 Columbia Ave.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 5-31-22 police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, a 12-year-old male student of Strasburg was cited with Criminal Mischief (S).

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT: On 6-1-22 police conducted a traffic stop on Rohrerstown Rd in the area of Dutch Gold Dr.   The driver, Julia Christina Yarnall (36) of Lancaster falsely identified herself three times to the officer and was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3) and 2 summary traffic violations.

THEFT: On 6-2-22 police responded to the 3900 block of Nolt Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 5-26-22 at 1600 hrs and 5-31-22 at 1100 hrs, actor(s) took a Wacker Jumping Jack from a construction site.  Total estimated value of loss $2,500.00.

HARASSMENT: On 6-6-22 Adalberto Martinez (59) and Wilberto Soto-Ortiz (41) both of Lancaster were cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 4-14-22 at Addiction Recovery Systems, 2192 Embassy Dr.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 6-6-22 a 16-year-old male student of Lancaster was cited with Criminal Mischief (S), stemming from an incident 5-25-22 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 6-7-22 at 1445 hrs, police responded to the 600 block of Barr Blvd for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Rudra Khadka (33) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Terroristic Threats (M1).  Khadka was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where he was remanded, unable to post bail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 6-8-22 at 2023 hrs, police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Gaspare Gelardi (49) of Lititz was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).
