DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-3-23 Michael Khounenorath (23) of Mountville was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M1) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 4-1-23 at 0241 hrs in the 3000 block of Hempland Rd.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 4-4-23 police responded to Noel Dorwart Park, 405 Good Dr, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 1600 hrs and 1646 hrs, actor(s) smashed windows in two locked vehicles and removed purses that were in plain view.  Total estimated value of loss and damage is unknown at this time.

ORDINANCE VIOLATION: On 4-5-23 Danny Will (48) of Lancaster was cited with Open Burning (S), stemming from an incident 4-3-23 in the 2000 block of Marietta Ave.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 4-6-23 a 14-year-old male student of Mount Joy was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 3-31-23 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

THEFT: On 4-5-23 police received a theft report that occurred on 4-4-23 at Five Guys Burgers, 584 Centerville Rd.  Sometime between 2130 hrs and 2200 hrs, a pair of Apple AirPods were taken from a restroom.  Total estimated value of loss $150.00.

FORGERY: On 4-5-23 William Daniel Heady Jr (58) of Waterbury, CT was charged with Forgery (F2) and Identity Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 11-30-22 at the Fulton Bank, 2099 Columbia Ave.  Heady allegedly attempted to cash a forged check for $3,500.00 with a fraudulent ID.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: On 4-12-23 a 17-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Receiving Stolen Property (M2), Theft from Motor Vehicle (M2) and Loitering and Prowling at Night Time (M3), stemming from an incident 3-24-23 at 0330 hrs on Elizabeth St in the area of Home Ln.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-12-23 police received a Retail Theft report from Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd.  Between 1015 hrs and 1115 hrs, a male filled a shopping cart with men’s clothing and walked out of the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $100.00.
