POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 4/14/23 THRU 4/24/23

THEFT: On 4-15-23 at 1936 hrs, police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a theft that just occurred.  Following investigation, a 15-year-old male of Reading was charged with Theft (M1).  The juvenile allegedly removed a backpack from the bag drop area outside the food court. The Under Armor backpack contained an iPhone 14 Plus, a pair of Kevin Durant sneakers and some clothing items.  Total estimated value of loss $1,765.00. 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-16-23 police responded to the 1000 block of Graystone Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 4-15-23 at 1200 hrs and 4-16-23 at 1500 hrs, actor(s) tampered with a Mercury FourStroke 60 HP boat engine, throttle and fuel tank.  Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.

HARASSMENT: On 4-17-23 Christelle Kilian (41) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 4/14/23 in the 2800 block of Michener Dr.

HARASSMENT: On 4-17-23 police responded to the 2800 block of Harrisburg Pk for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Kayla M Walls (30) of Lancaster and Liam Lane Edmunds (27) of Lancaster were both cited with Harassment (S).

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 4-17-23 a 14-year-old female student of Mountville was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 4-11-23 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-18-23 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft in progress.  Following investigation, Tonyadee Miller (52) of Lancaster was charged with Retail Theft (S) for placing multiple items into her purse and not paying for them.  Total estimated value of loss $71.96.

HARASSMENT: On 4-18-23 Ryan M Greenawalt (26) of Columbia was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 4-12-23 at BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd.

WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On 4-19-23 an 11-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Possess Weapon on School Property (M), stemming from an incident 3-31-23 at Rohrerstown Elementary School, 2200 Noll Dr.

THEFT: On 4-19-23 police responded to the 2800 block of Terry Ln for a theft report.  Sometime between 1900 hrs and 2100 hrs, a Trac cell phone was taken from a juvenile while outside playing.  Total estimated value of loss $60.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-20-23 police responded to the first block of Donnerville Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 4-19-23 at 1800 hrs and 4-20-23 at 0640 hrs, actor(s) damaged a mailbox.  Total estimated value of damage $40.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-21-23 police responded to Grocery Outlet Bargain Market, 2108 Spring Valley Rd, for a retail theft report.  At approximately 0840 hrs, a female was seen placing three packages of plastic storage containers into her purse and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $12.69.

HARASSMENT: On 4-21-23 a 13-year-old male student of Manheim and a 13-year-old male student of Lancaster were cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 4-13-23 at Landisville Middle School, 340 Mumma Dr.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-24-23 police responded to the 800 block of Bellecrest Rd for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 4-21-23 at 1500 hrs and 4-24-23 at 0700 hrs, actor(s) punctured a tire on a Case 580 backhoe and broke the ignition switch on a Volvo D15 pavement roller.  Total estimated value of damage $110.00.

THEFT: On 4-24-23 police responded to Modern Spa Nails, 2200 Embassy Dr, for a theft report.  On 3-27-23 at approximately 2135 hrs, an unidentified male removed an eight-foot aluminum ladder from the front of the business.  Total estimated value of loss $350.00.
