CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 4-12-24 police responded to the Landisville Pool, 50 Elmwood Ave, for a vandalism report.  Between 4-1-24 and 4-12-24 vehicles have used the gravel parking lot to do burn-outs causing ruts and displacing rocks.  Total estimated value of damage to relevel the parking lot $500.00.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 4-13-24 at 1334 hrs, police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a drunkenness in progress.  Following investigation, Bill Vickery (54) of Myerstown was cited with Public Drunkenness (S) and Retail Theft (S).  Total estimated value of loss of (1) bottle of Fireball Cinnamon (Malt) $7.99.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 4/13/24 at 1353 hrs, police observed a male on a BMX bicycle traveling down the center of State Rd.  Following investigation, Patricio Antonio Henriquez-Tejada (58) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 4-13-24 at 1707 hrs, police responded to the 900 block of Rohrerstown Rd for a protection from abuse violation in progress.  Brian D Dow (43) of Lancaster entered a residence he was evicted from and fled prior to police arrival.  At 1751 hrs, Dow was located in the 1600 block of Manor Blvd, taken into custody, charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M3) and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 4-15-24 police responded to Powl’s Speedometer Inc, 2340 Dairy Rd, for a vehicle theft report.  Sometime between 0001 hrs and 0700 hrs, a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 Convertible was taken from the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $100,000.00.

ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLE: On 4-15-24 Joseph Foehlinger (24) of Wrightsville was charged with Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle (M3) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Rohrerstown Rd on 4-12-24.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 4-15-24 Haley M Wilkinson (23) of Maytown was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a single vehicle accident on Route 283 westbound on 3-21-24.

RETAIL THEFT: On 4-16-24 at 1031 hrs, police responded to Root’s Country Market and Auction, 705 Graystone Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A male took a necklace with a heart pendant from a stand.  Total estimated value of loss $70.00.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 4-16-24 a 16-year-old male student of Mount Joy was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 4-12-24

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 4-17-24 a 17-year-old male student of East Petersburg was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia(M), stemming from an incident at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.
