CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-24-23 police responded to the 600 block of Northlawn Dr for a vandalism report. Sometime between 1630 hrs and 1748 hrs, actor(s) struck a wooden garage door panel cracking and denting it. Unknown estimated value of damage at this time.
THEFT: On 3-24-23 at 1551 hrs, police responded to Ironstone Building Materials, 3009 Hempland Rd, for a theft report. At 1158 hrs this date, a male purchased 12’ PVC decking and loaded it onto his trailer. Later this date 36 pieces of 12’ PVC decking was found to be missing. It was later determined that this same male took the additional material without paying for it. Total estimated value of loss $1,283.00.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 3-24-23 police received multiple theft from vehicle reports in the areas of Broad St, School Ln and E Main St. The thefts occurred between 3-23-23 at 1700 hrs and 3-24-23 at 0500 hrs. The vehicles were unlocked and wallets, cash and car keys were taken. Total estimated value of loss $1,000.00.
THEFT: On 3-26-23 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a theft report. Sometime between 1145 hrs and 1150 hrs, an unidentified male juvenile took a Nike Elite backpack that contained an iPhone 14, Nike sweatshirt and Kobe Bryant sneakers. Total estimated value of loss $1,885.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 3-26-23 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a vandalism report. Sometime between 1138 hrs and 1832 hrs, actor(s) smashed a vehicle’s windshield with rocks. Total estimated value of damage $689.97.
THEFT: On 3-27-23 police received a theft report that occurred at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd on 3-26-23. Sometime between 1000 hrs and 1100 hrs, actor(s) took a backpack that was on the side of basketball court #29. At some point the backpack was turned into security, but an iPhone 13 and UGGS were missing from the backpack. Total estimated value of loss $1,240.00.
THEFT: On 3-28-23 police responded to the 1700 block of Marietta Ave for a theft report. Sometime between 3-22-23 at 0800 hrs and 3-23-23 at 1600 hrs, actor(s) removed six 5-gallon containers of paint and ten 1-gallon containers of paint from a storage locker. Total estimated value of loss $1,300.00.
THEFT: On 3-30-23 police responded to Oak Leaf Manor North, 2901 Harrisburg Pk, for a theft report. Sometime between 3-27-23 at 1245 hrs and 3-30-23 at 1832 hrs, an iPhone XR was taken from a resident’s room. Total estimated value of loss $200.00.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 3-30-23 Donald Charles Jordan Jr (32) of Lancaster was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 3-9-23 at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 1533 Columbia Ave.
HARASSMENT: On 3-31-23 Samuel Rannels (39) of York was cited with Harassment (S) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 3-25-23 at Urban Air Adventure Park, 2040 Bennett Ave.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 3-31-23 a 13-year-old male of Lancaster was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), Terroristic Threats (M1), and two counts of Simple Assault (M2) stemming from an incident 3-26-23 at Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd.
LOITERING AND PROWLING: On 4-1-23 at 1159 hrs, police responded to the 900 block of Nissley Rd for prowling reports. At approximately 0215 hrs, 2 juvenile males were captured on video surveillance smearing cheese spread on a window and sidewalk outside the front door of a residence. A second residence found two sticks of butter stuck to their front picture window.
