THEFT: On 3-18-22 police responded to Kelly Cadillac, 1986 State Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1-27-22 and 3-18-22, actor(s) took 10 Inspection Stickers and 10 Emission Stickers from an employee’s desk.  Unknown value of loss at this time.

HARASSMENT: On 3-18-22 Patrick Sean McFadden (52) of Willow Street was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-15-22 at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 3-19-22 at 1539 hrs police responded to Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd, for suspicious activity.  Following investigation, Charles Edgar (41) of Lebanon was found to have a warrant through the York County Sheriff’s Department.  Edgar was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison to be turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 3-19-22 police responded to the 3400 block of Columbia Ave for an assault not in progress.  Following investigation, Kurt Bergey (55) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S).  Bergey was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 3-22-22 McKenna Clifford (19) of Lititz was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from a two-vehicle crash 3-17-22 in the 800 block of Rohrerstown Rd.

ROBBERY: On 3-23-22 at 0349 hrs, police responded to the 100 block of Madge Dr for a robbery that just occurred.  Three unidentified males entered a dwelling and assaulted and restrained the resident. While inside the suspects removed multiple firearms, and other miscellaneous items.  Total estimated value of loss $2,989.00. The investigation is on-going.

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE VIOLATION: On 3-23-22 Juan Arias Jr (39) of Lancaster was charged with Arrest for Violation of Order (M3), stemming from an incident 3-22-22 in the 1500 block of Wilson Ave.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.
