POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 2/14/23 THRU 2/23/23

HARASSMENT: On 2-13-23 police received a report of harassment that occurred on 2-5-23 in Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd.  Following investigation, a 12-year-old male of Landisville was cited with Harassment (S).

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 2-14-23 at 1241 hrs, police responded to Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, to assist the School Resource Officer with a large disturbance.  Following investigation, three 16-year-old male students of Lancaster, one 17-year-old-male student of Lancaster and a 15-year-old male student of Columbia were taken into custody, transported to the East Hempfield Township Police Station, charged with Disorderly Conduct (M3) and then released to their parents.  Upon further investigation, a 16-year-old male student of Columbia was also found to be involved and charged with Disorderly Conduct (M3).

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 2-15-23 a 14-year-old male student of Lancaster and a 14-year-old male student of East Petersburg were charged with Possession of Marijuana (M), stemming from an incident 2-8-23 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 2-15-23 a 16-year-old female student of Landisville was found to be in possession of Marijuana at the Landisville Education Center, 220 Church St.  As a result, she was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M).

THEFT: On 2-17-23 police responded to Rohrerstown Elementary School, 2200 Noll Dr, for a theft report.  Sometime between 2-13-23 at 0838 hrs and 2-14-23 at 0900 hrs, actor(s) removed Apple Air-pods from a student’s desk.  Total estimated value of loss $100.00.

THEFT: On 2-17-23 police responded to Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1030 hrs and 1055 hrs, actor(s) removed a trailer hitch from a truck in the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $400.00.

THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 2-18-23 police received a theft by deception report that occurred 2-1-23 in the 1000 block of Snapper Dam Rd.  Actor(s) accessed the victim’s American Airlines account and used 17,500 sky miles.  Total estimated value of loss $516.25.

THEFT: On 2-19-23 police received a theft report in the first block of E Brandt Blvd.  Sometime between 12-1-22 and 2-19-23, actor(s) removed four plastic gas cans filled with gas from a shed.  Total estimated value of loss $174.00.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 2-20-23 a 17-year-old male student of New Holland was charged with Criminal Mischief (M3) and Disorderly Conduct (S).  Stemming from an incident 2-6-23 at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 2-20-23 police responded to Landisville Church of God, 171 Church St, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 2-17-23 and 2-19-23, actor(s) threw a rock at a window breaking it.  Total estimated value of damage $500.00.

RAPE: On 2-21-23 Burlin Damir Miller Jr (21) of Lancaster was charged with Rape (F1), Sexual Assault (F2), Indecent Assault Without Consent (M2) and Indecent Assault Forcible Compulsion (M1), stemming from an incident 9-28-22 in the first block of Colonial Crest Dr.  Burlin was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Chudzik on 2-21-23 and given $100,000.00 unsecured bail.

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE: On 2-21-23 Emeliana Maria Guerrero (27) of Wrightsville was charged with Driving with Suspended License-3rd or Subsequent Violation (M3) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop 2-18-23 on Route 30 East in the area of Centerville Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 2-21-23 Nathan j Yingst (36) of Lancaster was cited with Harassment-Domestic Violence (S), stemming from a domestic 2-17-23 in the 2500 block of Columbia Ave.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER/MANUFACTURE DRUGS: On 2-21-23 Derek Laukhuff (39) of Lancaster was charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver/Manufacture Drugs (F) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 1-12-23 at Burger King, 5300 Main St.  Laukhuff was charged a second time with Possession with the Intent to Deliver/Manufacture Drugs(F) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 2/10/23 at Wawa, 1990 Miller Rd.  Warrants were issued for arrest.

HARASSMENT: On 2-21-23 Carmen Gomez (57) of Mountville was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-23-23 in the parking lot of Aldi, 2210 Embassy Dr.

HARASSMENT: On 2-23-23 two 16-year-old male students of Lancaster were cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-16-23 in the parking lot of Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

*All persons charged with an offense are presumed innocent*
