POLICE INCIDENTS 2/11/22-2/23/22

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 2-11-22 police received a theft from vehicle report that occurred in the parking lot of Drayer Physical Therapy, 2125 Noll Dr, at 1130 hrs this date.  Actor(s) removed a wallet from an unlocked vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $77.50.

RETAIL THEFT: On 2-13-22 at 1620 hrs police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft that occurred at approximately 1540 hrs.  A male is captured on video surveillance entering the store’s office and placing 7 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes in his pants.  He then leaves the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $735.00.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 2-14-22 Bradford H Brock (63) of East Petersburg was charged with Defiant Trespass (M3), stemming from an incident 2-8-22 at Root’s Country Market & Auction, 705 Graystone Rd.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On 2-14-22 Bryan Joseph O’Malley (53) of Mountville was charged with Driving on a Suspended License (DUI related)-3rd or Subsequent Violation (M3), stemming from a traffic stop 2-12-22 on Marietta Ave in the area of Centerville Rd.

THEFT: On 2-15-22 police responded to Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1215-1230 hrs, a customer placed his tool box on the ground while loading his purchase into his vehicle.  The tool box was forgotten and left behind.  Video surveillance captured  a male pick up the tool box and place it into a white van.  Total estimated value of loss $700.00.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: On 2-17-22 Breya Galli (27) of Coatesville was charged with Criminal Trespass (F3) and Impersonating Holder of a Professional or Occupational License (M2), stemming from an incident 2-10-22 at Women’s and Babies Hospital, 690 Good Dr.  Galli entered Women’s and Babies Hospital at 2151 hrs dressed in nursing attire claiming to be a registered nurse sent by Lancaster General Hospital to work in the Labor and Delivery unit.  Galli then gains entry to the Couplet Care unit where she visits a friend, who is a patient, leaving the hospital at 2244 hrs.  A warrant was issued for her arrest.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE: On 2-17-22 Marvin D Green Jr (43) of Lititz was charged with Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle (M2), stemming from an incident 2-1-22 in the 2800 block of Dell Ln.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 2-18-22 police received a vandalism report that occurred 12-22-21 in the Hempfield High School parking lot, 200 Stanley Ave.  Actor(s) used a key like instrument to damage a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $200.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 2-19-22 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 1650-1915 hrs, actor(s) broke the driver’s side front window of a vehicle and removed a duffle bag filled with clothes and a pair of sunglasses.  Total estimated value of loss $260.00.  Total estimated value of damage $300.00.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 2-22-22 Liam Andrew Newsome (26) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Harrisburg Pk 2-18-22.

HARASSMENT: On 2-23-22 Grant Douangsouri (40) of Leola was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 2-15-22 in the 1700 block of Swarr Run Rd.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 2-23-22 at 1111 hrs, police responded to the intersection of Stony Battery Rd and Marietta Ave for a three-vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Stephen Pearson (57) of Mount Joy, was charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-2nd Offense (F3) and a summary traffic violation.  Pearson was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
