POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 1/6/23 THRU 1/16/23

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 1-7-23 police responded to McDonald’s, 311 Centerville Rd, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Gabrielle E Reichert (20) of Lancaster was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2).

WEAPON OFFENSE: On 1-9-23 at 1149 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Harrisburg Pk.  The driver, John Savage (31) of Richmond, VA, was found to have a loaded Glock 34 9mm pistol in the glove box and a small amount of marijuana.  Savage was taken into custody and charged with Firearm not to be carried w/o License (M1), Possession of Marijuana (M), Use/Possession of Paraphernalia (M) and several summary traffic violations.  Savage was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Bixler and released on $10,000.00 unsecured bond.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 1-10-23 police responded to the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism report.  One of the rooms was found to have multiple broken items to include a window, lamps, and television and a hole in the wall.  Total estimated value of damage is unknown at this time.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-10-23 police conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Junction Rd.  The driver, Brandon Emswiler (36) of Lebanon, was found to have warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Emswiler was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-11-23 at 1659 hrs, police responded to BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  A male walked out of the store with a case of motor oil and a 65” Samsung television on a flatbed shopping cart and failed to make payment.  Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.

SIMPLE ASSAULT-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: On 1-11-23 a complaint was made of domestic violence that just occurred in the 1500 block of Swarr Run Rd.  Following investigation, Ismel Rodriguez-Camacho (39) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M2) and Harassment (S) and a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Rodriguez-Camacho was located in the 1500 block of Swarr Run Rd, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 1-11-23 Jack Nissley (45) of Manheim was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M), stemming from an incident 1-4-23 at the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave.

FORGERY: On 1-12-23 Tony Lamar Richardson (58) of Philadelphia was charged with 2 counts of Forgery (F3) and 1 count of Theft by Deception (F3), stemming from an incident 3-16-22 at Faulkner Chevrolet, 2000 Bennet Ave.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

THEFT: On 1-12-23 police received a theft report that occurred in the first block of Travelo Dr on 1-7-22.  Sometime between 1900 hrs to 2000 hrs, actor(s) entered a residence and took two guns, a 357 Taurus revolver and a Glock 19 Gen 4.  Total estimated value of loss $979.00.

THEFT: On 1-13-23 police responded to the 2800 block of Dell Ln for a theft report.  Sometime between 2045 hrs and 2050 hrs on 1-12-23, actor(s) removed a white, Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix dog, from a porch.  Total estimated value of loss $500.00.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 1-13-23 police responded to the first block of Welsh Dr and the 100 block of Colonial Crest Dr for theft reports.  Sometime between 1-12-23 at 2300 hrs and 1-13-23 at 0530 hrs, actor(s) cut catalytic converters from three vehicles.  Total estimated value of loss $4,500.00.

HARASSMENT: On 1-13-23 a 14-year-old male student of Ephrata was cited twice with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 1-5-23 at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-14-23 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd for theft from vehicle reports.  Sometime between 1230 hrs and 2140 hrs, actor(s) entered four vehicles by breaking a rear window and then removed a backpack or purse from each vehicle.  Total estimated combined value of damage $1,660.00.  Total estimated combined value of loss $3,378.00.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-14-23 police responded to Racquet Club West, 200 Running Pump Rd, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 1515 hrs and 1647 hrs, actor(s) broke the rear passenger side window of a vehicle and removed a purse.  Total estimated value of damage $500.00.  Total estimated value of loss $205.00.
