HARASSMENT: On 12-12-22 Nicholas James Marchino (25) of Lancaster was charged with Harassment (M3), stemming from an incident 5-18-22 in the 1700 block of Marietta Ave.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-12-22 Coy R St Clair (38) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a two-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of Sylvan Rd on 12-10-22.

HARASSMENT: On 12-13-22 Shamyra Maria Robertson (19) was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 12-9-22 in the parking lot of Giant Food Store, 550 Centerville Rd.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-13-22 police responded to Worknet Occupational Medicine, 241 Rohrerstown Rd, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Brandon Lee Smith (31) of Lebanon was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 12-14-22 at 1216 hrs, police responded to Hot Z Pizza, 3001 Harrisburg Pk, for a disturbance in progress.  Following investigation, Samuel A Matias (32) of Manheim was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 12-17-22 at 1224 hrs, police responded to Noel Dorwart Park, 405 Good Dr, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 1100 hrs and 1200 hrs, actor(s) broke the front driver’s side window of a vehicle and removed a purse.  Unknown value of loss or damage at this time.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 12-18-22 at 2003 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Marietta Ave.  The driver, Jonah Reist-Cowell (24) of Lancaster was found to have a warrant through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Reist-Cowell was taken into custody and turned over to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

BURGLARY: On 12-19-22 at 1610 hrs, police responded to the 1300 block of Timothy Dr for a burglary in progress.  The homeowner heard a bang at the rear of the residence and looked out the window to find a male holding the screen to the window.  The male ran and was not located by police.  Total estimated value of damage $100.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-19-22 William Michael Eagle (55) of Lancaster was charged with 2 counts of Retail Theft (F3), stemming from incidents on 11-30-22 and 12-14-22 at Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd.  Eagle was located at the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-19-22 police received a vandalism report in the 600 block of Church St.  Sometime between 12-18-22 at 2100 hrs and 12-19-22 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) detonated fireworks in a mailbox.  Total estimated value of damage $50.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 12-19-22 a 16-year-old female student of Landisville, a 15-year-old female student of Lancaster and a 16-year-old female student of Mountville were charged with Disorderly Conduct (M3), stemming from a disturbance at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave, on 11-30-22.
