POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 12/9/21 THRU 12/21/21

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-9-21 police responded to LOA Orthodontics, 270 Main St, for a vandalism report.  A juvenile male was observed throwing a rock at a parked vehicle, cracking the windshield.  Unknown value of damage at this time.

VEHICLE THEFT: On 12-12-21 police responded to the 600 block of Barr Blvd for a vehicle theft report.  Sometime between 0300-0900 hrs on 12-12-21, actor(s) took a white 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck from a driveway.  Total estimated value of loss $30,000.00.  The vehicle was located 12-15-21 in the 100 block of Joseph Rd by Manor Township Police Department.

HARASSMENT: On 12-13-21 Jessica Nicole Fogle (22) of Myersville, MD was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 12-9-21 at Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd.

HARASSMENT: On 12-14-21 a 14-year-old female student of Mountville was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident at River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, on 12-9-21.

THEFT: On 12-15-21 police responded to the first block of Madge Dr for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-7-21 and 12-15-21, actor(s) removed $7,000.00 cash from the residence.

THEFT: On 12-15-21 police responded to the 800 block of Founders Way for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-12-21 at 1400 hrs and 12-13-21 at 1100 hrs, actor(s) removed (2) pole pump jacks from a construction site.  Total estimated value of loss $1,800.00.

THEFT: On 12-15-21 at 1306 hrs, police responded to Community Aid, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  A purse that was left by mistake in a dressing room was taken by an unknown actor(s).  Total estimated value of loss $240.00.

THEFT: On 12-15-21 police responded to the 100 block of S Spring Cir for a theft report.  Sometime between 1100-1230 hrs, this date, actor(s) removed (2) Echo backpack leaf blowers from the area of a work trailer.  Total estimated value of loss $1,200.00.

THEFT: On 12-16-21 police received a theft report from an employee of UPS, 1155 Enterprise Rd.  On 12-13-21 between 2130-2230 hrs, actor(s) removed a wallet from the lunch room.  Total estimated value of loss $43.17.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-17-21 Michael T Snyder (51) of Robesonia was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an altercation 11-16-21 at the Penn State Lancaster Medical Center construction site, 2148 State Rd.

RETAIL THEFT: On 12-17-21 Derrick Bleach (39) of Allentown and Legious Minder (19) of Allentown were both charged with Retail Theft (F3) and Conspiracy-Retail Theft (F3), stemming from an incident 11-27-21 at Giant Food Store, 550 Centerville Rd.  Bleach and Minder are alleged to have emptied the shelves in the health and beauty care section into grocery bags they had concealed in their clothing and left the store with an estimated value of $2,460.38 in products.  Warrants were issued for their arrests.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 12-17-21 Hector Ortiz-Rivera (43) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an altercation at Royal Farms, 260 Rohrerstown Rd, on 11-2-21.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 12-18-21 Xavier C. Graham (29) of East Petersburg was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a single vehicle crash in the 1400 block of Stevens St at 1217 hrs this same date.
