THEFT: On 1-27-23 police responded to Spooky Nook Sports, 2913 Spooky Nook Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 1-26-23 at 1730 hrs and 1-27-23 at 1424 hrs, actor(s) took a pair of Studio 3 Beats Headphones from a table next to a basketball court in the members only section.  Total estimated value of loss $349.99.

PA DOG LAW VIOLATION:  On 1-27-23 police received a dog running at large complaint in the 1500 block of Wheatland Ave.  Following investigation, Alan Mongeau (58) of Lancaster was cited with Confinement of Dogs (S) for allowing his dog to run loose after previously being warned.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-29-23 at 1723 hrs, police responded to Noel Dorwart Park, 405 Good Dr, for 2 thefts from vehicle reports.  Sometime between 1600 hrs and 1723 hrs, actor(s) accessed 2 vehicles by breaking driver’s side windows and then removed a purse from each vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $3,300.00.  Total estimated value of damage $500.00. 

THEFT: On 1-30-23 police responded to Urban Air Adventure Park, 2040 Bennett Ave, for a theft report.  It was reported that on 2 occasions, 1-14-23 and 1-21-23, cash was discovered missing. 

THEFT: On 1-30-23 police responded to Monro Muffler & Brake Service, 191 Rohrerstown Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 9-1-21 and 11-30-21 (49) 2022 PA Safety Inspection Stickers were stolen.  Unknown estimated value of loss.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-30-23 April K Demanche (27) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a single vehicle accident 12-23-22 at 0246 hrs in the 5300 block of Main St.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 1-30-23 Elijah J Leed (20) of Columbia was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) stemming from an incident 1-18-23 at Giant Food Store, 550 Centerville Rd.  Leed was aimlessly wandering through the store knocking items off the shelves.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 2-1-23 police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, Kaiki M Stewart (18) of Landisville was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S).
