POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 1/27/22 THRU 2/2/22

ROBBERY: On 1-27-22 Paul William Reardon (35) and Ellyn Christi Pawlowski (34) both of Ephrata were charged with Robbery (F1), Conspiracy-Robbery (F1), Retail Theft (M1) and Conspiracy-Retail Theft (M1), stemming from an incident 1-19-22 at Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd.  Warrants were issued for their arrests. Reardon and Pawlowski were taken into custody by the Ephrata Police Department on 1-28-22 and turned over to this department. They were both subsequently arraigned, and after not being able to post bail, were remanded to the Lancaster County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 1-29-22 police responded to the 700 block of Scarsdale Cir for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1430-1700 hrs this date, actor(s) threw an object at a window breaking the glass.  Total estimated value of damage $225.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-29-22 at 1616 hrs, police responded to Sunoco A-Plus Mini Market, 520 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  An employee observed a male take multiple vape pens and run from the store.  The male was located a short time later in the 3100 block of Columbia Ave by Manor Township Police Officers. The 16-year-old male of Columbia was charged with Retail Theft (M1).

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-31-22 police stopped a suspicious male in the 100 block of Centerville Rd.  The male, Jimmy Green (35) Homeless, was found to have multiple warrants through the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.  Green was taken into custody and transported to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Department.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-31-22 police responded to the 1500 block of Swarr Run Rd for a theft report.  Sometime between 1-30-22 at 2200 hrs and 1-31-22 at 1145 hrs, actor(s) removed a duffel bag filled with clothes and 2 prescription medications.  Total estimated value of loss $410.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-31-22 Hannah Westbrook (24) of Carlisle was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 1-21-22 at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd.  Westbrook is alleged to have placed several items in her purse and leaving the store without making payment.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-31-22 John Dirckx (31) of Emigsville was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 1-23-22 at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd.  Dirckx is alleged to have placed several items in his pants and leaving the store without making payment.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-31-22 Tiffany Stanford (40) of Mountville was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 1-24-22 at That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd.  Stanford is alleged to have placed 2 items into her purse and leaving the store without making payment.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 2-2-22 police responded to the first block of Colonial Crest Dr for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1-28-22 and 2-2-22, actor(s) slashed the rear plastic window of a convertible vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $400.00.
