POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 1/19/22 THRU 1/27/22

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-21-22 police responded to the 2800 block of Harrisburg Pk for a theft report.  Sometime between 1-20-22 at 2000 hrs and 1-21-22 at 0800 hrs, actor(s) broke the front passenger side window of a vehicle.  Nothing was taken from the vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $100.00.

THEFT: On 1-21-22 Kristina Carr (34) of Mount Joy was charged with Theft (M1).  Carr, a former employee of Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, is alleged to have taken money from the register 12 times between 9-19-21 and 11-5-21.  Total estimated value of loss $400.00.

HARASSMENT: On 1-21-22 Dawn Lynn Steffy (48) of Mountville was cited with Harassment (S) and Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident 1-15-22 at McDonald’s, 1755 Columbia Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-24-22 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a retail theft report.  On 1-23-22 at 2239 hrs, a male is captured on video surveillance walking into the store’s office and placing 50 cartons of Newport brand cigarettes into bags and walking out of the store.  Total estimated value of loss $5,240.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-21-22 at 1929 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Columbia Ave for a two-vehicle crash.  Following investigation, Steven D Good (54) of Columbia was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-2nd Offense (M1) and several summary traffic violations.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-25-22 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 1-21-22 between 1627-1703 hrs, a female is captured on video surveillance placing a fish, sweatshirt, catnip toys and eucalyptus root in her purse and then leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $80.52.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-25-22 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 1-23-22 between 1500-1525 hrs, a male was captured on video surveillance putting a reptile heater, multi-vitamin and organic barley down his pants and then leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $35.77.

RETAIL THEFT: On 1-25-22 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 1-24-22 between 1016-1055 hrs, a female was captured on video surveillance placing a dog bone and dog chews into her purse and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $30.47.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 1-26-22 at 1947 hrs, police responded to Prestige Gymnastics, 3549 Hempland Rd, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 1915-1947 hrs, actor(s) smashed a passenger side window in three vehicles and removed a purse from each of the vehicles.  Total estimated value of loss $1,005.00.  Total estimated value of damage $750.00.
