POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 1/17/23 THRU 1/26/23

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 1-18-23 police responded to the 100 block of Welsh Dr for a theft report.  Sometime between 1-12-23 and 1-18-23, actor(s) removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss $1,500.00.

WARRANT SERVICE: On 1-19-23 police received an anonymous tip that Anthony Pagan-Felix (29) of Lancaster was at Women’s and Babies Hospital, 690 Good Dr, and that he was wanted for outstanding warrants.  Upon confirmation of the warrant held by Manheim Township Police Department, Pagan-Felix was taken into custody and turned over to Manheim Township Police.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 1-19-23 Mitchell Shultz (30) of Lititz was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and several summary traffic violations, stemming from a single-vehicle accident 1-16-23 at 0348 hrs in the 2900 block of Spring Valley Rd.

THEFT: On 1-19-23 Joshua Plazzo (47) of Mount Joy was charged with Theft (M3), stemming from an incident 1-4-23, in which money was removed from a tip jar and a donation jar, at Hot Z Pizza, 3001 Harrisburg Pk. 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: On 1-19-23 Edmond Phillip Lull (72) Of Manheim was charged with Aggravated Assault (F2), Simple Assault (M2) and Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 12-22-22 at Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center, 2160 State Rd.  Lull allegedly assaulted a nurse, who was directing him away from a restricted area.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 1-26-23 police responded to Ryder Logistics, 2001 Yellow Goose Rd, for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 1-11-23 and 1-26-23, actor(s) cut multiple ties on 4 fence posts.  Total estimated value of damage $8.00.
