POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 11/29/22 THRU 12/8/22

THEFT FROM VEHICLE: On 11-29-22 police responded to Orangetheory Fitness, 2963 Columbia Ave, for a theft from vehicle report.  Sometime between 0615 hrs and 0715 hrs, actor(s) smashed the rear passenger side window of a vehicle and removed a black Coach purse.  Total estimated value of loss $431.50.  Total estimated value of damage $200.00.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-30-22 police received a retail theft report from Stauffer’s of Kissel Hill Supermarket, 301 Rohrerstown Rd.  Management provided video surveillance of a male on 11-9-22 concealing ribs, 4 packs of filet mignon and 1 pint of apple cider on his person and in his backpack and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $170.00.

THEFT: On 12-1-22 Kerick Erisman (29) of Landisville was charged with Theft (M3), stemming from an incident 10-25-22 in the 1700 block of Landisville Rd.  Erisman allegedly entered a roadside farm stand and removed $20.00 from the cash box.

HARASSMENT: On 12-1-22 a 13-year-old male of Lancaster was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 10-29-22 at Urban Air Adventure Park, 2040 Bennett Ave.

THEFT: On 12-1-22 police responded to McDonalds, 1755 Columbia Ave, for a theft report.  An employee’s Airpods and charger were taken from behind a counter.  Total estimated value of loss $200.00.

DEFIANT TRESPASS: On 12-2-22 at 2317 hrs, Vladimir Lalaj (68) of Lancaster and Michael Steven Walker (62) of Quarryville were both located sleeping in their vehicles in the Lowes, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, parking lot.  The parking lot is posted “no overnight parking” and they were warned multiple times by officers prior to this occasion.  They each received a citation for Defiant Trespass (S). 

THEFT: On 12-5-22 police received a theft report in the 700 block of Centerville Rd.  At approximately 1800 hrs, an unknown male removed a 19” flat screen television from a yard that was posted for sale for $25.00.  The male did not make payment.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 12-5-22 police responded to US Boiler Co, 2930 Old Tree Dr, for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-2-22 at 1430 hrs and 12-5-22 at 0400 hrs, unknown actor(s) removed the catalytic converter from a vehicle.  Total estimated value of loss and damage unknown at this time.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 12-5-22 police responded to Easton Coach, 1175 Enterprise Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-4-22 and 12-5-22, actor(s) removed the catalytic converters from two buses.  Total estimated value of loss $5,144.18.

HARASSMENT: On 12-5-22 police responded to River Rock Academy, 2124 Ambassador Cir, for a disturbance.  Following investigation, a 15-year-old male student of Gap was cited with Harassment(S).

THEFT: On 12-6-22 Sharon DeJesus-Padilla (43) of Lancaster was charged with Theft (M1) and a warrant was issued for her arrest.  DeJesus-Padilla allegedly stole Apple Airpods Pro earbuds while cleaning a residence in the 800 block of Bellecrest Rd on 10-3-22.  Total estimated value of loss $250.00.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 12-6-22 police responded to UPS, 1155 Enterprise Rd, for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-4-22 at 0001 hrs and 12-6-22 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) removed nine catalytic converters from vehicles in the parking lot.  Total estimated value of loss $26,000.00.

STRANGULATION: On 12-6-22 Cara Louise Noletti (46) of Lancaster was charged with Strangulation-Domestic Violence (F2), Endangering Welfare of Child-Domestic Violence (M1), Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M1) and Harassment-Domestic Violence (S), stemming from an incident 10-9-22 in the 700 block of Barholly Dr.  Noletti was arraigned before Magisterial District Justice Chudzik 12-6-22, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison, where she was remanded unable to post bail.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-7-22 police responded to the 2800 block of Scenic Dr for a vandalism report.  At approximately 2000 hrs, unknown actors kicked the siding of a residence causing an estimated $500.00 in damage.

THEFT: On 12-7-22 police responded to a construction site in the area of Garrison Way at Founders Way for a theft report.  Sometime between 12-6-22 at 1600 hrs and 12-7-22 at 0600 hrs, actor(s) broke into three padlocked storage trailers and took a Jumping Jack Compactor.  Total estimated value of loss $650.00.  Total estimated value of damage $240.00.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 12-7-22 Charles Allen Fry Jr (26) of Lothian, MD was charged with 2 counts of Access Device (F3) and 2 counts of Identity Theft (M1), stemming from an incident 11-1-22 at Noel Dorwart Park, 405 Good Dr.  Fry allegedly took a credit card from a purse in a vehicle and used it to make purchases at area Target and Dick’s Sporting Goods stores.  Total estimated value of loss $3,894.05.  A warrant was issued for Fry’s arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 12-8-22 police received a vandalism report that occurred at Sunoco, 2141 Marietta Ave.  Sometime between 12-7-22 at 2200 hrs and 12-8-22 at 1100 hrs, actor(s) keyed the trunk of a vehicle.  Total estimated value of damage $1,000.00.
