Sometime between 1315 hrs and 1515 hrs, actor(s) entered a locked vehicle and removed a credit card from a purse. The credit card was subsequently used to make purchases at various retail establishments. Total estimated value of loss $3,894.05.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-2-22 police responded to Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd, for a vandalism report. Sometime between 0700 hrs and 2140 hrs, actor(s) entered the Ladies restroom under the pavilion, broke the soap dispenser reservoir and poured soap onto the floor. Total estimated value of damage $20.00.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-3-22 police responded to Amos Herr Park, 1700 Nissley Rd, for a vandalism report. Sometime between 11-1-22 at 2100 hrs and 11/2/22 at 0500 hrs, actor(s) pried open the doors to the storage unit underneath the pavilion and spray painted 2 items inside. Total estimated value of damage $95.00.
THEFT: On 11-4-22 police responded to Addiction Recovery Systems, 2192 Embassy Dr, for a theft from vehicle report. Sometime between 0500 hrs and 0600 hrs, actor(s) removed a purse from an unlocked vehicle. The purse was later turned over to staff at Addiction Recovery Systems, but cash and prescription medications were missing. Total estimated value of loss is unknown at this time.
THEFT BY DECEPTION: On 11-4-22 police responded to Turkey Hill, 298 E Main St, for a theft report. A customer presented a $100.00 bill to pay for two packs of cigarettes and was given $81.91 in change. The bill was discovered to be counterfeit before the customer exited the store. The customer returned the cigarettes, however, left with the change. Total estimated value of loss $81.91.
POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: On 11-4-22 Kimberley Leevette Guy (34) of Harrisburg was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (M), stemming from an incident 11-3-22 at Candlewood Suites, 100 South Tree Dr.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-5-22 at 0432 hrs, police responded to Soul Sensations, 3441 Columbia Ave, for a vandalism report. The victim reported two tires on her vehicle were slashed. Total estimated value of damage unknown at this time. While at this location, police were approached by another victim reporting a stolen iPhone XR cell phone. Total estimated value of loss $1,000.00.
THEFT: On 11-5-22 police responded to Turkey Hill, 1503 Columbia Ave, for a theft report. On 11-4-22 at approximately 1418 hrs, a male is captured on video surveillance entering the store and immediately going to the rear of the building where the office is. He placed multiple cartons of cigarettes into a trash bag he brought with him and then leaves the building through the emergency exit door. Total estimated value of loss $4,500.00.
WARRANT SERVICE: On 11-5-22 at 0449 hrs, police responded to Westrock, 500 Richardson Dr, for a male sleeping in an open trailer. The male was identified as Kenny Trinidad-Roman (37) of Manheim, and found to have a warrant through Elizabethtown Borough Police Department. Trinidad-Roman was taken into custody and turned over to an Elizabethtown Borough Police Department officer.
BURGLARY: On 11-7-22 police responded to Little Caesars, 137 Rohrerstown Rd, for a burglary report. Management reported the deposits from 11-4-22 and 11-5-22 were missing from the safe as well as cash from the desk in the office. Total estimated value of loss $1,406.00.
VEHICLE THEFT: On 11-8-22 at 1105 hrs, police responded to Lancaster Toyota Used Cars, 1103 Enterprise Rd, for a vehicle theft that just occurred. A male entered the dealership requesting to test drive a vehicle, provided staff with his driver’s license and was given a set of keys for a Toyota Camry. The male immediately fled in the vehicle heading north on Manheim Pike. Within minutes an officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to yield and a brief pursuit commenced but was terminated for safety reasons. The driver was identified as Corbin Rihn (24) of Lititz and charged with Theft (F3), Reckless Endangerment (M2), Fleeing/Eluding an Officer (M2) and multiple summary traffic violations. At approximately 1621 hrs, Rihn was located in the first block of Rock Lititz Blvd by Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department. He was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.
ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD: On 11-8-22 a 15-year-old female student of Columbia was charged with Access Device Fraud (M), stemming from an incident 10-14-22 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.
