POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 11/18/21 THRU 11/30/21

HARASSMENT: On 11-19-21 Shane Fritz (19) of Ephrata was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an incident 11-18-21 in the 600 block of Eastside Dr.

TERRORISTIC THREATS:  On 11-19-21 a 13-year-old male student of Lancaster was charged with Terroristic Threats (M1), stemming from an incident 11-3-21 on a school bus transporting children home from Centerville Middle School.

THEFT OF VEHICLE PARTS: On 11-19-21 police received a theft report that occurred at Penn Medicine LG Health Suburban Pavilion, 2100 Harrisburg Pk, in the parking lot.  Sometime between 0900-1445 hrs, the catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle parked on the southwest side of the facility.  Total estimated value of loss $1,500.00.

FIREARM CARRIED WITHOUT LICENSE: On 11-21-21 Stephen Archer (48) of Lancaster was charged with Firearm not be Carried without License (M1) and a summary traffic violation, stemming from a motorcycle crash 11-20-21 on Route 30 eastbound near Running Pump Rd.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 11-21-21 at 2325 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop on State Rd in the area of S Colebrook Rd.  Following investigation, Connor Guy Smith (26) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol-3rd Offense (M2), Operate Vehicle without Ignition Interlock (M), Operate Vehicle without Ignition Interlock-BAC .025+ (M3) and a summary traffic offense

THEFT: On 11-22-21 police responded to Sheetz, 2149 State Rd, for a theft report.  Between 9-19-21 and 11-5-21, twelve daily reconciliation reports were found to be short money.  Total estimated value of loss $886.34.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-23-21 Robert Hess (79) of Landisville, was charged with Retail Theft (S), stemming from an incident 11-20-21 at Turkey Hill, 901 Nissley Rd 11-20-21.  Hess was captured on video surveillance taking several Nabisco Fig Newtons, a Tastykake and 3 packets of paper towels and placing them in his coat and pants pockets.  Total estimated value of loss $17.72.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-23-21 at 1935 hrs, police responded to Nu-Wave Wireless, 570 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft that just occurred.  Two males entered the store, cut the security cords on six demo Apple I-Phones and fled the store with the phones.  Total estimated value of loss $4,959.94.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: On 11-23-21 police responded to the 200 block of Main St for a vandalism report.  Sometime between 0800-1000 hrs, actor(s) broke the rear driver’s side window.  Total estimated value of damage $300.00.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11-24-21 a 12-year-old male student of Mountville and a 15-year-old female student of Mountville were cited with Disorderly Conduct (S), stemming from an incident on a school bus 11-17-21 on Columbia Ave in the area of Industry Dr.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: On 11-25-21 at 0118 hrs, police responded to the Community Aid parking lot, 31 Rohrerstown Rd, for a suspicious activity.  Following investigation, Kenneth Gonzalez (26) of Lancaster was cited with Public Drunkenness (S).

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 11-27-21 at 0233 hrs, police conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Hempland Rd.  Following investigation, Matthew Segro (51) of Lititz was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M) and a summary traffic violation.

THEFT: On 11-29-21 police received a theft report in the 100 block of Church St.  Sometime between 1030-1100 hrs on 11-24-21, actor(s) removed a package from a front porch.  Total estimated value of loss $50.00.

HARASSMENT: On 11-29-21 a 14-year-old female student of Columbia was cited with Harassment (S), stemming from an altercation 11-9-21 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-30-21 police responded to Giant Food Store, 550 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 11-27-21 at 2043 hrs, two males are captured on video surveillance emptying shelves in the health and beauty care section into reusable grocery bags that were concealed in their clothing.  The males then left the store.  Total estimated value of loss $2,460.38.

POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA: On 11-30-21 a 16-year-old male student of Landisville was charged with Use/Possession of Paraphernalia (M) and Possession of Marijuana (M), stemming from an incident 11-16-21 at Hempfield High School, 200 Stanley Ave.

TERRORISTIC THREATS: On 11-30-21 Lucas H. Hartley (18) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Terroristic Threats (M1) stemming from threatening text messages that were sent to the victim on 11-28-21 and 11-29-21.
