POLICE INCIDENTS FROM 11/11/21 THRU 11/17/21

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-12-21 police responded to Lowe’s, 25 Rohrerstown Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 9-24-21 a female is captured on video surveillance placing multiple Kwikset door locks and 10 rolls of Southwire Romex wire onto a flat cart and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $2,456.28.  On 9-29-21 the same female is captured on video surveillance loading a cart with 30 rolls of wire and leaving the store without making payment.  Total estimated value of loss $4,702.80.  Following investigation, on 11-17-21 Angel M Torres (40) of York was charged with 2 counts of Retail Theft (F3) and 1 count of Conspiracy-Retail Theft (F3).  A warrant was issued for her arrest.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: On 11-12-21 Joseph Michael Emig (18) of Lancaster was charged with Possession of Marijuana (M) and Use/Possess Drug Paraphernalia (M), stemming from an incident 11-1-21 at Noel Dorwart Park, 405 Good Dr.

THEFT OF LOST PROPERTY: On 11-12-21 Natasha Deleon was charged with Theft of Lost Property (M1), stemming from an incident 11-10-21 at the Asian Mini Mart, 1831 Columbia Ave.  A warrant was issued for her arrest.  Deleon was located on 11-12-21 at the Red Carpet Inn, 2101 Columbia Ave, taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On 11-13-21 at 0120 hrs, police responded to the 2800 block of Terry Ln for a fight in progress.  Following investigation, Onsha Wiggins (37) of York was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) and Brianna Spears (30) of Dover was cited with Disorderly Conduct (S) and Criminal Mischief (S).

ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY: On 11-15-21 Akunna Okere (26) of Lancaster was charged with Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury (M1) and multiple summary traffic violations.  On 11-8-21 Okere’s vehicle struck a motorcycle on Good Dr in the area of Community Way causing injuries to the driver.  Okere left the scene without making contact with the driver or police.

SIMPLE ASSAULT: On 11-16-21 at 0027 hrs, police responded to the 400 block of Estelle Dr for a domestic in progress.  Following investigation, Tattiana Figueroa (21) of Lancaster was charged with Simple Assault-Domestic Violence (M1) and Harassment (S).  Figueroa was taken into custody and transported to Lancaster County Prison.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT BY VEHICLE WHILE DUI: On 11/16/21 Robert William Decker, Jr (53) of Manheim was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault by Vehicle While Driving Under the Influence (F2), 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence (M), Possession of Marijuana (M) and Restrictions on Alcohol Beverages (S), stemming from a head on crash involving 2 vehicles at 5260 Main St on 9-2-21.  A warrant was issued for his arrest.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On 11-16-21 Zachary Schnitzler (26) of Manheim was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (M), Flight to Avoid Apprehension (M2) and multiple summary traffic violations, stemming from a single-vehicle crash 10-23-21 at 1726 hrs in the 200 block of Root Rd.  The vehicle Schnitzler was driving crashed into a telephone pole shearing it off, and he then ran from the scene.

RETAIL THEFT: On 11-17-21 police responded to That Fish Place, 237 Centerville Rd, for a retail theft report.  On 11-12-21 a male is captured on video surveillance switching price tags on coral.  The male then purchased the more expensive coral at the less expensive price.  Total estimated value of loss $150.00.
