The Manheim Township Police Department is announcing the retirement of Civilian Records Clerk Cindy Rambler. Cindy started her career with Manheim Township in 1995, and provided 26 years of dedicated service to Manheim Township. Specifically, Cindy was responsible for the filing and record keeping of all traffic-related activities of the police department, to include parking tickets, traffic citations, crash reports, certified driving records, certified vehicle registration records, and speed timing certificates.
A retirement luncheon was held on her last day, Friday, August 6th, 2021, which was thrown by her co-workers, who provided food, drinks, desserts, and camaraderie. Chief Rudzinski also presented her with a parting gift. "The civilian staff of the police department are special, and serve a very crucial role in our operations. They operate in the background to ensure our records are correct, we remain in compliance with state and federal mandates, and provide quality customer service to those they interact with. Cindy was one of those special people, and we were lucky to have had her on our staff for 26 years," said Chief Rudzinski.
Cindy Rambler and her thorough attention to detail will be missed! MTPD thanks Cindy for her service and being an important part of a team, who helps to make this community safer!
