Officer Jacquelyn Price is a graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School. She has attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and HACC, studying nursing and business. She graduated from the HACC Police Academy this past Friday and after undergoing our in-house training, she will be assigned to First Platoon.

Officer Price is married and has 3 children. Her badge was pinned on by her husband, Jordan.

Officer Ryan Dolan was born in Harrisburg. He graduated from the California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in GIS and Emergency Management. Prior to being hired by Manheim Township in September 2021, he was employed as a probation officer with Dauphin County. Once hired by us, he immediately began his training at the HACC Police Academy and graduated this past Friday. After undergoing our in-house training, he will be assigned to Fourth Platoon.

Officer Dolan is married and has two children. His badge was pinned on by his wife, Brittany.
