Congratulations to Officer Mark Shivers for designing and carving the winning pumpkin in the Oregon Dairy Pumpkin Carving Contest to benefit their Touch-A-Truck food drive.  This year, MTPD's entry 'Pumpkinville Aquarium' took 1st place and raised $106.22.  A big thank you to West Earl Township Fire Department, West Earl Township Police Department, Manheim Township Fire Rescue, and Manheim Township EMS for providing some excellent competition!  Overall, the contest raised $355.33, which will be donated to Blessings of Hope, Arch Street Center, and the Power Packs Project to help those in need in the community.
