The Christmas holiday season is officially in full swing. Families and friends will be gathering, and other parties will be hosted. This is also a time when adults consume more alcoholic beverages than on other days. Unfortunately, and too often, people who have consumed alcoholic beverages and / or drugs will then drive a motor vehicle.
