Retail Theft Warrant, October 1, 2025, Target at 1589 Fruitville Pk (MT) – Heather Nicole Grove, F/40, of Harrisburg, PA, was charged with the above offense following the response to a report of a theft. A witness observed the female suspect, identified from previous incidents as Heather Grove, on store surveillance entering the store carrying a purse and a reusable shopping bag. Grove proceeded to the cosmetic section, where she selected a bottle of sunscreen valued at $7.99 and concealed it in her purse. She then proceeded to the toy aisle and selected playing cards before heading to the front of the store, where she selected four boxes of trading cards. Each box of trading cards is valued at $59.99. Grove then concealed the trading cards in her reusable bag and proceeded to the self-checkout line, where she scanned and purchased only the playing cards. Grove then exited the store without rendering payment for the concealed items, totaling $247.95.

A criminal complaint was filed, and an arrest warrant was obtained. Heather Nicole Grove remains a wanted person at this time.
