We are proud to shine this month’s spotlight on Officer Dalton Lapp, a dedicated and valued member of our department since December 2022. A graduate of Pequea Valley High School, Officer Lapp brings passion and a strong sense of community to everything he does.

What makes Officer Lapp stand out is not only his professionalism but also his deep connection to the area. Having grown up in the community he now serves, he finds great fulfillment in giving back and building relationships with the people around him. He especially enjoys the camaraderie within the department, as well as the fast-paced yet tight-knit environment that allows him to thrive.

When he's off duty, Officer Lapp enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's hunting, hiking, or simply soaking in nature. A recent and exciting update in his personal life—he’s engaged!—means he now shares many of those adventures with his fiancée, whom he loves spending time with.

We’re lucky to have Officer Lapp as part of our team. His dedication, energy, and community spirit make him a true asset to the department.
