On 10/24/15, ELTPD responded to an apartment in the 1900 Blk of Lincoln Highway East for a discovered overnight theft of a vehicle.    Victim reported that a silver 1988 GMC S-15 pickup was stolen from a parking lot sometime overnight.   On 10/25/15, the vehicle was observed being driven by Manheim Twp PD patrol units.    The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Ermisha L. WANORE, age 19, of Lancaster, was charged with Receiving Stolen Property by MTPD.
