On 12/8/15, a female victim reported that she was a victim of a telephone scam.   The victim reported that she received a telephone call from a male who convinced her that she owned $500 in fine and needed to pay the money immediately or be physically arrested.   The victim provided her credit card information to the caller.  The account was accessed before the victim discovered that the incident was a scam.   It should be noted that Judicial fines are not collected or paid over the telephone.
