At 12:14 am, 12/15/15, ELTPD was dispatched to Taco Bell, 2040 Lincoln Highway East, for a female banging on the restaurant door and attempting to climb through the drive thru window.   Arriving officers found the female to be highly under the influence of alcohol.  The female was identified as Jordan Elizabeth GROFF, age 18, of Ephrata.  GROFF was transported to Lancaster General Hospital due to the level of alcohol intoxication.   GROFF was charged with Public Drunkenness and Underage Drinking.
