*UPDATE* Initial investigation indicates that the victims each died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head. The incident is being investigated as a homicide followed by a self-inflicted suicide. There is no threat to the public. The case is still on-going and under investigation.

On August 7th, 2024 at approximately 7:08 a.m. East Lampeter Township police responded to a residence in the 2800 block of Lincoln Highway East, Ronks PA, for a check on the welfare. Inside the home, Officers found a deceased male and female. Lancaster County Coroner's Office responded to the scene and assisted with the investigation. The deceased male was identified as Kyle D. Heagy (32 Years Old) and the female was identified as Ann M. Sellers (47 Years Old). The circumstances and cause surrounding the deaths are under investigation.
